★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my car in for an alignment a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately they were not able to complete the work as some of the adjustment bolts were seized (not their fault)
They aligned the front end however the rear was still out a bit.
They did not charge me anything even though they spent an hour trying to get it to work.
the guys were upfront and honest with me and even provided me a quote for how much it would cost to get everything sorted.
Even though this is not the result I was hoping for they were fair and I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for a quote on tires. Gave the size as 275/70/R17. The immediate response was that "tires that size don't exist". I assured the gentleman on the phone that they do indeed exist, as I have that size on my vehicle at the moment. He responded "we don't have nothing like that" without checking on ordering them.
I'll shop elsewhere.
