My husband and I have really enjoyed living here. The accommodations are lovely. The atmosphere is really nice and everyone is so friendly. The community events are always amazing and make this place feel even more like home. Definetly recommend!

Currently tenants are advising of separate building wide heating issues in common areas.. residence have in suite heating and air conditioning some are not winterized by maintence.. honest comment from a tenant , we use the electric fireplace and the oven. This happens yearly.. … taking into consideration the reply from management.. i gave the honest truth and circumstances and also relayed concerns given by a conversation thread that is publically available to all tenants.. the comment about the air conditioning was the honest comment we received from maintence when asked about the air conditioning units.. we are not given any guidance about how to properly use the heating a/c units installed in multiple suites .. will i contact maintence about this ? why when multiple tenants raised concerns on a public forum expressing concerns only to be told to call after hours..

Been here for only 5 months and made a mistake signing a 12 month lease. Advertise as premium but it's far from that. Toilets don't flush well, washing machine is so loud and doesn't even have a fabricate softner compartment. Noisy to which management responded it's what you get with cheap wood construction. Barely get enough hot water to which we have seen almost monthly notifications that hot water will be shutdown for maintenance at least once a month. Hallway carpets are stained like pets have pee'd and remain that way since I moved in. The painting in my suite prior to moving in looks like they hired kids to do it. Tennant below me smokes and this is nonsmoking building, plus I'm allergic, sent management pictures of the tennant smoking to which they said they have no control over what people do in their suites. I would not rent hete if I were you. Much better apartments in the community.

I lived here back in 2019 and loved it! Staff was amazing and the amenities are to die for. I definitely did not take advantage enough of the gorgeous gym and games room. I also used the penthouse for Christmas and it fit my entire family! Definitely recommend living here!!!

I was really happy when I found a pet friendly place that didn’t turn me down based on my dogs size and breed. I love seeing all the animals. I enjoy the gym and recreation room. The people have been nice. The hamptons made this a very smooth process. I’m loving my home and the location !!??

I just moved in and couldn’t be happier. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and made my decision to live here easier. The place offers a great gym unlike most apartments and a good size games room as well as a few other perks.

I first met with Gabby in the middle of February to look at a new unit for myself to move into. She was awesome and took me to all the units that met the criteria I wanted. However I changed my mind and contacted her and she was more than happy to take me on a tour of even more units. Once I agreed to rent there she was amazing as far as guiding me through the paperwork process and payment processes. The unit I rented is fantastic and I'm excited to work with leasing staff such as Gabby I'm going forward. Plus my apartment rocks!!!

While looking for apartments to rent with a large breed dog we were super excited to find an apartment that didn’t have size/breed restrictions for dogs. The excitement pretty much ends there. Our suite was filthy upon moving in, but because I didn’t do the initial walk through with my husband and the office lady certain things were not pointed out; like puke crusted to the whole guest bath sink lip, the dog prints and dirt all over the guest bath tub, horrible painting on all the walls where painters tape was left behind on multiple surfaces, grease that was impossible to remove all over the kitchen, when we left there was still grease marks on the cabinets that we got dinged for.. I lost track of how many times the last year we were there that the water was shut off for a full 8 hours multiple times a month. No notice to work being done in hallways that disrupted my sleeping newborn. No notice of elevators being booked multiple times which would have been a big deal if we weren’t constantly scheduling appointments and outings based on these bookings to avoid having to haul a stroller down to the parkade from the fourth floor. The few weeks notice given regarding the building of the new addition to the apartments which was extremely loud with obnoxious yelling workers. Our bathroom fans constantly leaked water all over our floors when it rained hard and when the snow melted in the spring, their solution was cutting out a chunk of extra plastic in the vent, it still happened so we just put buckets out when we figured it would happen to avoid a puddle. Extremely thin floors and walls, can hear everything your neighbours and the suite below you are doing/building/moving. I will say the community events and food truck Fridays in the summer are cool features but it’s almost like they care more about that then the actual tenants themselves. Something I found comical was seeing a dead mosquito on the wall across from the elevator the year we moved in and then the following year when the paint was refreshed the poor dead mosquito was just painted over, which goes to show how clean these buildings actually are. All in all you do not get what you pay for here, suites and parking are ridiculously over priced for what you get and communication between management/admin and maintenance is mediocre at best.
