D	D H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finding a three bedroom that had two bathrooms in Edmonton was extremely difficult so I was very happy to come across City Vibe Developments. Niaz made the process very easy by scheduling to FaceTime a virtual tour of the apartment because I was in another Province. She even gave me all her contacts and told me to reach out if I needed anything. She answered any and all questions I had even if she was away from the office. I found her to always be very friendly and helpful through every stage of the process. I can truly say she goes above and beyond to help her clients.

In all our interactions, she has been super supportive, professional and has got great interpersonal skills. Today, she went above and beyond to do my key release and apartment walk-through on her day off cos I couldn't make my original appointment for yesterday. Thank you so much Niaz – I really do appreciate you and I’ll definitely remain in touch. Cheers!
R	Roberta Stirling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filthy grounds, extremely poor daily maintenance. Abandoned cars left on streets. Ticketed by City. For rent signs on public green spaces, tipped over. The same garbage sitting on grounds for over 4 months. Noise! No one around to monitor and maintain building. Ughhh I'd give it a MINUS if I could. Do not rent here. They do not seem to care about their renters or peoo or property.

Anytime I have ever had any issues, Amritta has always dealt with them immediately. She has helped me move from 1 location to another location and now I want to move back to the original location and she has made the transitions so easy for me. For my first time ever moving to a place of my own Amritta had made it so easy and stress free explaining everything with detail to me so I knew exactly what I was getting. She took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for and for the 3rd time helping me find the perfect apartment for me. I would most definitely recommend this company and Amritta to all my friends.

L	LuveOne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Making the move from Ontario to Edmonton Alberta was challenging considering the fact we only had 25 days to make the move, in our search we came across City Vibe Developments and Pam, I contacted her explained the urgency of our situation and she wasted no time in finding us what we wanted, a beautiful 3 bedrooms with 2 baths in the Edgemont Estate. A stunning brand new 6 story building. Because of circumstances we had to change our key pick up time and date 3 times and Pam was there each step of the way to assist us, including the day we were expected to move in when we experience technical issues with our rented U-Haul, Pam was accommodating and understanding. Since Pam was on vacation on our move in date, we worked With Niaz and she did an amazing job with the walk through. explaining all that we should know about the area, the property, the company and contact numbers and email in case of emergencies. Niaz was very accommodating in regards to giving us extra time to move our stuff in. My family and I are very grateful to Pam and Niaz for all they have done. They went above and beyond, provided excellent customer service and were always available to assist with any questions we had. Thanks guys for making this as stress free as possible for us keep up the amazing job and anyone thinking of making the move you have to check out City Vibe Developments. God bless Carl and Diana

It is always a worrying time when your lease agreement comes for renewal. But with the wonderful staff at Rent City Vibe they make the process so much smoother. The grounds and facilities are kept clean and manicured by a friendly courteous staff. The workout room is rarely crowded and I love the convenience of the elevator and the indoor parking garage. The leasing agent Ms. Niaz Abdul consistently acted in a professional manner when meeting with us via phone or in person. She was patient, kind and courteous when answering any questions we may have had regarding the rental. She ensured that we where informed of all particulars prior to moving in and made our concerns a priority. Furthermore, she clearly explained the area and pointed out the various shopping districts which are all conveniently located. To be honest in some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience but so far with Ms. Abdul as one of the representatives for City Vibe Development Properties we couldn’t be happier!
