★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the second time my pizza has not been made to standard. I like an extra baked pizza and this has not happened. Also the crust does not get completely cooked leaving it mushy. I will no longer use the Granville location. If the only thing you cook is pizza then it has to be done better than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered pizza from the location and requested the pizza to be made well done. Upon inspecting the order I noticed the pizza was soft and the mozzarella was barely melted. Returning back to the location I kindly asked if they could be re-baked to completion, I was told by worker that it wasn't possible and the only reason it looked uncooked was because he gave me more toppings.
I just decided to just leave it be rather then requesting a refund. Unfortunately the pizza was uncooked and I was forced to fire up my friends oven to complete the cooking process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like Pizza 73 in general and order from this location regularly. Normally, it is quite good, but occasionally we've found that our pizza arrives with little to no pizza sauce which leaves the pizza dry and underwhelming. That was the case today (Jan 13/21 at 5pm) as well as receiving fresh tomatoes (topping) that were not ripe and almost white. If the consistency improves, I'd be happy to increase my star rating.
Update Fall 2021: still not good. Price has gone up and quality has gone downhill. Lack of sauce, cold, very thin. Frozen grocery store pizza would've been better. Wont be ordering from here again :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow real wow i cant belive that this pizz 73 is still opened for bussiness 2 orders in one night so overwhelming they must of been runing short on pop because they forgot some on each order wedges were so hard and cold ,the ones i have leftover before were better and 1hr and 15 min for that if u warmed it up it would of beenbeen wood i would never eat there again coast 25 and manager said ill give 8 credit wow reali wow be awarewood

I called pizza73 assistance line, they said they couldnt do anything as its with the driver, which is totally fine, the person on the line literally silence on the call, unresponsive, and I had to say "hello" several times as if they're distracted with something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Messed up the order 3x in a row. I know...stupid me for ordering 3x when they can't get it right. Called customer service and emailed. They were very rude. I had a credit which they never told me I had to call in to use because when I received it I asked if it was just on my account for the next time I ordered and I've never called, only used online. I was told yes to that question. When I tried to use it I couldn't find the credit. Emailed them back and I was astounded with the rudeness and them blaming me for not calling in when I was not told I had too. I said I wanted a manager to call me in 3 emails and instead I got an email that said my file had been closed. So they do not care about the customers and they certainly don't make food good enough to keep going back. When all they do is hide behind a computer and type back rude things, it shows how little they care. A very good reason to see such bad reviews so just avoid all Pizza 73s.
