M	Mindy-dawn Bauder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the butter chicken tonight and I was extremely disappointed. It had ZERO flavour, some weird crunchy stuff in it and onions. Butter chicken should not be CRUNCHY. I always enjoy the food at OJ’s but tonight is two thumbs down. DO NOT order the butter chicken UPDATE: The manager, Stephanie A, went above and beyond to make this situation right. She had been absolutely amazing. Mistakes happen and I understand that but now it is all good… I strongly suggest this location! 5 stars to get! Great job Stephanie!

T	Tim Klimuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off, let me tell you that I have been going to this location often weekly pretty much since it has opened and I have recommended it to countless people over the years but it seems like this place has gone down hill very fast in just the last few weeks. And then last night I went with my wife and friends to watch an oilers round 2 play off game. The place wasn't that busy (less than half full believe it or not) and the service was horrible. The waitress was nice and everything, but I had to flag down random staff on several occasions to ask for our server who we hadn't seen in 15-20 minute chunks, and even then I had to ask twice a few times and this is after we told her we would be ordering food and drinks throughout the evening. They also stopped their wing deals. It used to be 45 cents each. But now its half priced wings, and all the plates we ordered had 9 wings, for $8.00, so if you do the math, thats 89 cents a wing. But get this, the dipping sauce and two veggies are included! The wings were also way smaller than usual and there was hardly any sauce on them. Extremely disappointed. We ordered some food as well off of the regular menu and it was good, but you could tell it wasn't the same as it used to be. So in conclusion, I will not being going to Original Joes in the West end anymore and would not recommend it to anyone as I used to.

k	kelsey w on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off I just want to say that it was busy rush-hour and there was only one waitress why would they only have one person working at one of the busiest times of the day I felt so bad for her. Also my friend and I both had Beef dip and fries. the beef tip was probably 90% gristle and fat it was tasteless the Ajou was like water and the fries were not cooked at all and they were soggy like if you had one up it would flop over. I would definitely not recommend this location to eat at its very very poor quality of food. We also started with the dry ribs because usually we love them at original Joe’s and we got them and they were absolutely burnt to a crisp when we told the waitress she said that’s how we make them here in a really snippy voice we were not impressed. Heads up to those want to eat at the Grange original Joe’s go to a different original Joe’s this one has surely gone downhill

We ordered and there was no fish, so I just got the fries. Service was fast, fries were good. However ill definitely opt for Canadian Brewhouse next time for the rooftop patio and fancy drinks

The service industry struggles to retain quality people and she went above and beyond. She was slammed with tables and blew us away with how well she communicated and juggled everything. The other server working with her was amazing as well, they all worked together so cohesively and made us feel taken care of at every point. I can’t recommend this location and Amy enough. Not only did she engage with us and make us laugh but the food was always ready immediately and drinks were never empty. Top 10 places I’ve been for phenomenal service and guest experience. Next time you come, ask for Amy! You won’t be sorry!
