★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the best registry. Little to no wait time, knowledgeable staff, much much better than competitors. After a brutal experience elsewhere, a registry close to my home, I prefer to travel to this one on the other side of the city. I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condescending and snarky counter lady. Kept cutting me off when I tried to explain something relating to the vehicle, like I was stupid. Seeing I was getting nowhere, I said I had to get something from my car. I got in my car and I just drove away, thinking what the heck just happened.
I always had great service there MANY times in the past, but after this, I will NOT be returning.
I notice the bulk of the 1 star reviews are within the last year. Makes sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just came in to do my business annual return. I was called up and helped by a woman named Kelsey or something close. I left feeling sick to my stomach and shaking because of how rude she was. I asked her simple question about the purpose of the annual return, then she wanted me to sign something that didn’t have the correct information on it after an address update, I said no because the address wasn’t completely updated correctly. It was still showing the old postal code. She corrected and reprinted the form, I read it and determined it was all correct, I asked her a question about it, and if I was to sign? She sat there staring at me and completely ignored me. I had to ask three times before she actually answered and she said I was being rude! For asking questions? And not signing something that wasn’t correct? She said she would fix it later but I wasn’t comfortable with that. I don’t see how that could be a problem or how I was rude in anyway. Run as fast as you can from this place. I intend on taking this complaint as high up as I can. It’s unacceptable to treat people poorly because they don’t understand something and need clarification or if she didn’t want to do a job she is being payed to do. I see so many complaints about this one rude woman and I can’t help but think maybe someone more appreciative and kind would like her job. She is only hurting this business.

Highly recommended for people from Ukraine ?? who need to apply for Alberta health card.
