★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in this morning, the lady had terrible customer service and basically discarded what I had asked about, without giving any other ways to go about the situation. She didnt try to help whatsoever. She was outright rude, speaking to me like I was a waste of time and sent me into an anxiety attack. The lady who answered should be ashamed, she is rude to customers and staff any time I go in personally as well. If you can spare the time, spare yourself the anxiety and just go to another registry. So not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was doing my checking in for my class one road test, after spent half an hour in another registry that they don’t know what to do, I came to this registry. Within 3 min, all done with clear instructions.
The staff in this registry are young, energetic and knowledgable. Well trained!

I had a rude Indian instructor who made my driver test experience horrible. I don’t want to give the registry a 1 star because it’s not fair as they did their job great. But I will give the instructor a 1 star because he was rude, toxic, and unprofessional. Avoid the Indian guy because all he wants to do it fail you and make more money. He made every aspect of the test more stressful than it should be and emotionally bullies the other person. Made me waste $150.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there this morning for a simple address change and the line was becoming longer and longer around me. 3 employees sat around not helping anyone in the front facing stalls. If you're on another task for an extended period of time, perhaps have another place for staff to do that which doesn't leave folks in line frustrated. The 3 employees chatted while one lady tried to help everyone. One employee had her monitors off and scrolled on her phone through texts and then videos in plain sight. Everyone in line was frustrated. I felt bad for the one employee trying to manage the massive line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is is possible to tell who was there yesterday on counter number 6? Around 11 AM to 12 PM. What I’m sure is that she was an Indian girl in a red dress and was wearing a beautiful set of earrings and I went there to get my license updated. Anyways, you are cute. Alright. Bye now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman at window 8 is an amazing worker, very fast and definitely deserves a raise. She served at least 4 times as many people in the same window of time as her colleagues did while we were there. Very thankful she was working on a busy Saturday . :)

I find going to this registry during work hours you will have less people there so any registry service can be done much faster
