Amazing service with workers who like helping people. Work is also done fast so you don’t have to wait in line for a long time.

I applied for my Alberta Health card through them on October 12,2021. But they haven't processed it, I waited one month and then came to them to check about it. Still they didn't process that. Now, on December 06, they are saying they might forget to process it and applied it now. I waited around two months and didn't get my health card which takes roughly 2 weeks in general. I needed medical assistance but couldn't get it. They are unreliable and irresponsible. I would not recommend people to risk their important applications through them. I'm very disappointed and I'm suffering just because of them.

Came to this location after trying my luck at Windermere registry and Pawan was very helpful and quickly gave us a solution. We wanted to transfer custom plate and within 15 minutes we were done. I would highly recommend this location . Employees are really well trained. ??

This registry is always busy and the staff are extremely slow. There were 4 people ahead of me and I had to wait in line for 45 minutes, with 5 windows open. They used to be good but got a lot slower. If you are in rush please avoid this registry.

I was at the registry this morning ( May 30th, 2022 )Β  with my husband and agent Melva treated us very badly and unprofessional.Β  You Should hire personnel able to provide good customer service with communication skills and good treatment of customers. I hope you require Melva's attention so that she doesn't continue to treat clients in this very very rude way.

Found this location on the way to the bottle depot last year. Very good service, fast. Would have got 5 stars but the hand sanitizer at the exit does not work. Going in again today to renew my plate.

Terrible customer service today. The agent dealing with us was MELVA. She had music playing loud, so she could not hear what we were saying at first. After turning the music off, she was very rude the whole time: bad manners, rude answers. When asked to clarify couple of details in our forms, she showed herself annoyed and said that forms are self-explanatory. Gave lazy answers after I told her that it is part of her job to address any questions we had. At the end, she said a rude bye while turning her back to us. We told her that she was not treating people well. We tried to be gentle when complaining to her, even when we were upset; but she just said she did treat us well and that it's just the way she is and repeated the same rude 'bye'. That's when we decided we were going ahead with some formal complaint or negative review. To the management: agents are customer service representatives and they should treat people nicely and give answers to questions in a proper way. Please track the performance of your agents.

It was great. Simmi was a great help, very nice girl, then she need some help and Raj came to help. They an awesome job but they went beyond, Raj saw something else could be done if I would come back Monday, so she could phone Alberta Transportation and help me even further. This is what it calls Empathy, and therefore you really want to go above what can be done. So yes, in my 7 years in Alberta, this was by far the best experience I had in any Registry.
