Almost didn’t go here because of the bad reviews. My wife and I went here on separate occasions for the same service. We both found the staff very friendly and helpful. I would agree they need either a line or a take a number. I can see people trying to get service ahead of others.

Well we are new to Alberta so required a little more information regarding what is required for our licenses and vehicles... but we researched what is required prior to visit ... so the visit ... keep in mind it’s Covid times... we walk into office .. 4 workers at back talking loudly & laughing .. ok no problem ... but no one to greet us .. so we read the sign you must log in on their computer upon arrival, then wait for your msg to come in, which no one disinfects the touch screens while we were there which was 35 minutes.. the lady that comes to front not overly friendly or pleasant.. more abrupt and bird line rude.. we get called we have a person in training which we have no problem with everyone needs to start somewhere snd we are patient people ... we have 2 licenses and an exempt croton process and thought we could apply for Alberta Health but to our surprise no not at this registry ... ok we should have checked prior to .. the worker very friendly and required assistance but was left more on her own to figure it out all the entries and copies etc ... she requested help from another worker which helped... but overlooked one of the important copies of our old insurance.. so received a call that we needed to come back .. which we did .. but my problem was the old school eye exam machine .. during Covid putting our faces right up on that machine .. steaming up because of our masks etc .. felt very concerned that we put ourselves in exposure to Covid .. and no one disinfected the old machine .. so upon our second visit after the exemption for our vehicle is approved now the person helping us this time also does not copy the right insurance registration form snd once again required to go back .. this person was not in training and seemed to be knowledgeable but missed paperwork too.. besides these issues the office not well laid out signs saying stand here if being served but then abrupt workers tells you to move there anyways .. regardless of what sign states.. office not clean .. would not go back there .. even though we like to support local .. we found down 50th Mac registry much cleaner, organized, knowledgeable friendly staff, and they do Alberta Health too .. spend the 10 minutes go down the road .. and no return call backs to complete work that should have been completed Sorry this is so long ..

The lady's there are really great. Very supportive and she was just as happy ,when my boy passed his learners, as I was. It made the whole experience feel very home like. Thanks

Highly recommended Beaumont Registries Ltd, City of Beaumont, Alberta - Canada Excellent service , knowledgeable , very helpful . a lot of parking area front and at the back . Outstanding .

The woman who helped was very fast efficient. I don't like that we had to wait 49 minutes to get served. And I don't like that noone answers phones for simple questions, and that you need to leave a message and hope they call you back...waste of time.

When I entered this registry and I saw the sign 'Alberta Best Registry' I smiled and was ready to really assess if that is right. After the time that I spent at the registry, I was convinced that indeed, they are the best registry that I have visited since I arrive Alberta. Courteous and very polite staff. Please keep this up. I will surely be back here for a very long time. Thanks
