I don’t want to name names but he was rude, confrontational, and overall distant. It didn’t seem like he wanted to help at all. He kept trying to increase the premium by asking if I wanted to add certain policies. He was snarky when I told him “no”. I didn’t understand the need for the hostility. I’m a student looking for basic car insurance. He refused to send me quotes and ended the call abruptly. The call ended with him saying I should go in a different direction and that I was not the “type of client he is looking for”. Honestly, I would give zero stars if I could. Would not recommend.
