I was put through to Leanne Pfahl. She was extremely helpful, empathetic and easy to deal with. When I explained my issue she literally called me back in less than 10 minutes with a solution to my problem. I was actually blown away with the customer service and how professional she was.
I would highly recommend dealing with Leanne for any of your insurance needs, thank you for such a great customer service experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had nothing but issues with brokerlink. We ask to have our truck insurance cancel is took three month for then to issue a credit and stop taking out money. We then wanted to cancel our house insurance for end of august as we purchase a new house with different insurance provider. So far our two email and phone call have yet to be answered and we are still getting charge. What a joke.

Was directed to Derrick who was not only able to save me a considerable amount of money but also was very professional, efficient and responsive. Strongly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been with this compagny for over 2 yrs... few month ago i did a very simple change , and since .. Brokerlink start withdraw 2 payment at the time backto back ... its never the amount we discuss on phone or the email confirmation i have ..... exemple email end by
A TOTAL AMOUNT OF 96 WILL BE TAKEN .... next morning ... they took 230$ i have 1 policy and 1 car .... when u call to ask question like many other say ... THEY DONT FKIN know what they talk about ... sound like they read an anwser all the time its ridiculous and a nightmare to deal with ... DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPAGNIE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's too bad 0 stars isn't an option. They screwed me on my accident forgiveness, had a claim, raised my premium $800 annually, wouldn't return a call, wouldn't be reasonable or fair at all, switched brokers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had an issue with my policy and was advised that a manager (Ashley) would call me back. I have left nine messages for her and I’ve heard nothing. I contacted BrokerLink and they sent me an email saying a manager would get back to me within three days (that was a week ago). I emailed again today and once again they advised that a manager would get back to me. I’m not hopeful
