★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best experience out of any Dr. office I have ever had! The staff is absolutely fantastic! Every single person in that office was professional, positive, accommodating and kind. To top it all off, they fixed my vision to better than normal! I highly recommend Visionmax Eye Center! Thank you to the Doctors and all the staff!!

My mom went through RLE surgery from this clinic and we are very satisfied and happy with the service.The result of the surgery was really amazing. They have friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Senekal is empathetic to the concerns of his patient, with his 17 years of experience, we know we are in good hands. Definitely worth the money we paid for, especially my mom is just visiting the country and we had to pay from our own pocket, but they have the option that will definitely help those with same case just like my mom. Definitely recommend Visionmax eye centre with family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did corrective surgery at Vision max back in 2020 and the staff and doctors were amazing. I had very poor vision -8.50 with astigmatism and they were still able to correct my vision. After a year I had to get one eye corrected (due to my astigmatism) but my correction was free of charge! Two years later and I have perfect vision and no longer require glasses or contacts! I would highly recommend Vision max if you are looking to correct your vision

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my surgery a little over a month ago - I had SMILE laser surgery with a monovision correction, coming from about a -6.75 near sighted vision. The process was amazingly easy and the doctors and staff walk you through everything and continue to talk to you all the time, so you never have anxiety.
The first few weeks, I wasn't sure if it worked correctly, as my eyes took awhile to heal and swelling to go down and there was weeks of fuzzy vision.... I started to be concerned if I made the right choice , but now, 1 month later my eyes are now at 20/20 and continuing to get better. I wake up each morning and see everything which I have never done in my life. SMILE was easy, painless, hardly any dry eye and EVERYONE there is simply amazing!
Thank you for giving me the gift of sight in my 40s!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My entire experience at Visionmax Eye Centre has been nothing short of incredible. I have always been interested in laser eye surgery but was concerned that my vision would be too poor for me to qualify as a candidate. During my first inquiry with the counsellor over the phone, I was able to clarify my options and have several of my questions answered. During my initial eye assessment, the friendly and knowledgeable staff were able to quickly and efficiently preform all the tests I needed. They empathetically addressed every concern or question I had and presented me with all my surgical options and all the information I needed to make a decision. I opted to go with the SMILE procedure and was amazed at how quickly and efficiently the surgery was completed. Dr. Senekal has such a steady and calm presence in the OR and I found his verbal cuing during the procedure very helpful and reassuring. The whole operation was over in minutes and the improvement in my vision was noticeable immediately. With their rigorous, post-op regimen the recovery has been virtually painless and I am still amazed at how quickly and easily my vision has normalized. The staff at every step of the process have been so supportive, knowledgeable and transparent. I cannot recommend the care at Visionmax highly enough! Wish I had done this years ago!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had SMILE surgery by Dr. Senekal very recently. It is amazing being able to see without my glasses, but it was even more amazing being cared for by this staff! Even with the difficulties due to covid, dates and timing ran smoothly. Everyone who works here is truly kind and caring and repeatedly asked if I had questions/needed anything/checked in prior to surgery to make sure I had everything ready. I felt like the team took my eye health extremely seriously and ran extra tests to make sure I was a good candidate for surgery. I was very nervous during surgery but Dr. Senekal had impeccable bedside manner and talked me through everything. I never felt confused about the process or rushed which was amazing. I would highly recommend Visionmax to others!

Dr. Senekal talked me through the entire surgery step by step to make me feel more comfortable. Answered any questions I had and made me feel at home. I now have better than 20/20 vision! Absolutely recommended for anyone looking to get laser surgery! Thanks again guys!

When I went for my first assessment I was very hesitant going into the appointment however after a very informative and comforting experience I decided to go ahead with the smile procedure. I’m so glad that I did. The communication was excellent. The staff did a great job contacting me by email and phone which included appointment reminders, surgery and recovery information. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Each individual was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in great hands throughout every visit. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and my new vision!
