They must have poor working conditions/culture since everyone one of them seem to be miserable and frustrated with customers for calling! Policies are poorly outlined and designed to slow and stop claims from submission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My company uses Equitable life. I have put claims in for the the last 10 years. Very good service ! Sometimes claims sent in online are processed in less than 24 hours. The odd time an error is made, but they are quick to remedy it over the phone. I am grateful to have insurance and be living in Canada. I have nothing to complain about !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equitable is one of the best investment company. There dividend scale is on Google and it clearly shows that they have given approx 7% Dividends even when market was -33% in 2008. No other company did that. My all plans are from equitable and I am totally satisfied with growth and safety of my money. Don't listen to haters ?

Let's be honest - Equitable Life Benefits & Customer Service is below industry standard, service providers in Alberta avoid using claims exchange and dealing with ELOC. Poor service, they don't direct bill, claims exchange never works for service providers.

Dividends paid since 1937 I believe, every single year even in 2020 amid the Covid-19 pandemic, they are giving out 6.2 % Interest rate. WOW what a great company, I have all my Insurance/Investment needs with this company. Thank you Equitable
