Working with Fadi Georgi was amazing. He made us feel heard, and made sure we had what we needed for our new home. I can only say good words about our interaction with him. Megan Benoit was equally as wonderful. She made sure we were aware of the schedule, and made us feel welcome to the community. The Rohit team was nothing short of spectacular and I couldn’t imagine having a better first time home buyer experience. Thank you so much for everything! We love our new home!!

I dont normally write nagative reviews about any business. as a first time home buyer I had very good experience throughout possession process. Issues stared to begin when I had to deal with customer service, I had several issued which were not taken into consideration from Rohit because it was my fault according to them. Definitely they have some great individual who takes their time explaning things. But after possession the experience will be terrible. #1 - Driveway cracks within first year - I always clean my driveway in snow and never used salt, they said its because I did not put the concrete sealer to protect my driveway. I filled all cracks and applied concrete sealent by myself. Worst concrete work. They did not fix it because its my fault for not applying concrete sealent. I have lot of my friends who own a house and they never had issues of cracks and they dont have concrete sealent on their driveway. #2 Tree in the front - The tree was not growing so I asked customer service to replace it and they agreed that they will. After couple weeks I received an email saying they cant replace it because its out of warranty period. #3 Siding - The siding was hanging so they came and fixed it, second time it happened again due to wind and they did not fixed it because it was caused by the wind which I totally understand. I was expecting at least a courtesy from their customer service team to do one time exception and fix it but they did not consider it. Cheap quality of work again. At least someone from the siding team took the ownership and I had it fixed recetly. # 4 Flooring - Hump in a flooring was mentioned to them during first year inspection and they said it will take time to settle down, I sent them email in April that I have flooring issue and they were supposed to send someone to fix it. Right now they said its out of warranty period and I have to check with Alberta New Home Waranty. They(Alberta New home waranty representative) said you have to go through builder. I am hoping that Rohit will do something about flooring at least. #5 Leaking water through ceiling - during the winter time we noticed water leaking through roof to ceiling in one of the bedroom, extremely cheap work. checkout the photo for reference. I hope whoever is reading have clear idea of poor customer service Rohit has.

Nothing but issues. Months delay on move in. Poor paint quality and paint job. Can see the beam outlines through the ceilings. Didn’t properly display a fire hydrant in the neighbourhood plans. Siding fell off exterior multiple times. Now dealing with a leak from a pipe that wasn’t properly sealed. Found a baseboard as support inside of the wall by the leaky pipe. Put in 2 trees in the back yard without any prior notice. The front steps weren’t backfilled properly. Uneven grade in the backyard. Covered plumbing pipes in the basement which should have been left uncovered.

The Area Manager is helpful, but it was really frustrating to deal with their sales department. After we agreed with their counter offer, they still raised the price for 3 times in one week! Even though this is a First Place Program meaning that there's a cap on the price, they still used many other excuses to raise the price (eg. mandatory upgrade of materials). I’m quite disappointed as a first time home buyer.

I would give a MINUS STARS. Bought a showhome and the siding on the 2story firewall is 80%loose. When I asked for warranty, I was told that the siding was installed correctly. But 3 siding companies have told me that it definitely was not installed correctly. Rohit has told me I must pay to fix this. I would never trust this company. The lack integrity.

As a first time homebuyer, Daphne Chan was fantastic to work with and made the process of buying a house as smooth as possible. She was knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly, and went above and beyond what I expected in answering all my questions and making sure I was well informed and taken care of. I couldn't recommend reaching out to her enough for anyone looking to purchase their first home.

Rohit community was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Daphne ,Belle rive sales manager worked with us every step of the way to ensure that we were completely satisfied with purchasing our townhome. She was very friendly ,professional, as well as responsive to all of our questions and concerns and went above and beyond every step of the way. Rohit is a professional and competent builder I have had the occasion to deal with.

We got home and rental properties from Rohit in the past 3 years. For the price we paid, the house quality and material usage are over market average. The highlight would be the warranties and customer services. Being honest, nothing could be perfect for the first time, especially for new-built homes. But the after-purchase services Rohit provided to me were in the perfect level. The warranty superintendent Shawn put himself in my (a client’s) position to help me arrange trades and eliminated all my existing and even potential concerns throughout the whole process from possession to the following 3-month and 1-year walkthroughs. The call centre specialist Shayla worked closely with me and Shawn to make sure everything being done professionally and efficiently. They seriously treat client’s best interests as their first priority. Definitely deserve a super five star! I’ve recommended some friend purchasing with Rohit.
