★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since all the services are offered on phone, i have been trying to get a hold of the agent who I have been dealing with since the beginning but she neither answers my phone calls nor calls me back when requested to. And this happens every time. This is my 3rd year with Allstate but agents are not helpful when its time for renewal or want to discuss the policy. They only engage with customers for new policy. Last year I wanted to add new vehicle in my policy and i had to call the agent again and again and after many attempts I was able to get a hold of her. The customer service is really very poor.

Jennifer is very professional and was very helpful to answer any of the questions I had. She explained the coverages to help me understand better and provided me with options to save money on my premiums.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID! our agent seemed great At first but true colours showed later. We went with a new insurance company now and they are great. Do your research. Most insurance companies are the same, but this location had the worst agent we have ever had to deal with. She was very unprofessional in the end and everybody we dealt with seemed to fit that narrative. We would rather pay double than go with Allstate again. Don’t bother replying with your generic response. You clearly can’t fix the way your unprofessional agents treat people and how your company operates.
