★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my friend there to get a phone and the service rep did n said everything that prevented her from even trying and she felt bad after, walked in and walked out within 3 mins. Do not go to this place very bad service as they seem to pick and choose who they want to help....and just an fyi we went to a different location and they helped her in every way to make sure she walk out with a phone and happy!!

I'm betting the negative reviews are for the company generally, but if you're caught dealing with the human element, these folks are probably the best.

Went to this location in hopes for a better deal, turns out even after three years i was getting the same deals a new customer would get. So I went to the Millwoods location and they gave me an awesome deal as i pay less and got a brand new phone. Terrible experience at this particular location.
