★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in yesterday looking to upgrade my phone and renew my contract. Neither of the two employees greeted or acknowledged me during the entire 10 minutes I was in the store. I wasnt hard to miss as I was walking around hunched over using with a cane. No greeting, no following up with "we will be with you in a few minutes, in the meantime have a seat" complete lack of customer service. Went to another telus store, great service, and upgraded my phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just signed up for a new plan with Telus and the service was amazing!!!!! Eduard at the south common location was who I dealt with and he was absolutely incredible!! Amazing customer service and he was able to get me a fantastic deal! Highly recommend Telus south common and eduard if you can get him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why don’t you process warranty service to send out a Koodo phone for repair when anothe store at 34th & Gateway does? You are listed on Koodo’s website. Very disappointing that you only sell phones but not help with warranty services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I came in to buy me a new phone and the gentleman that helped us was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and he was genuinely interested in helping us and saving us money. We went home with a new phone and a much lower phone bill, which we were not expecting! After a bad weekend it was great to have such a pleasant experience with this store! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We know since Covid-19 took affect, many Employees have often become lazy and sometimes fail to meet basic expectations, but this particular individual on your team genuinely proves otherwise, you can see his dedication and drive to give customers the proper time and care. I would say he sets a wonderful example for the rest.
Store Employee, Youssef who my family and I had the pleasure of dealing with, is not only professional, but also patient. His knowledge is outstanding and very helpful when coming in with many questions (not everyone has the ears or attitude for it). He took the time to hear us out, as we’ve had bad interactions here in the past. After meeting him, my family along with myself will now only be coming to Telus to go through Youssef for all future cellular needs.
Thank you for your help and for finding us just the right plans, Youssef! See you next time we visit in store.

He genuinely cared about getting me the best possible discounts available to me and took the time to ensure that I got the lowest and best deal both on the phone itself and also on my plan without upselling or confusing tech talk. I HIGHLY recommend everyone make their way to the south common Telus store for either upgrades or to switch over I guarantee you will not regret it!!
