Door is locked and your sanitizing I am literally needed a duvet and would’ve been out in two seconds and he didn’t even take a minute to ask me if I needed anything quick!! Good job! Clearly you don’t need my money. February 3rd 2021

Then when contacting the customer care team, absolutely no effort to repair the customer relationship. Be careful when shopping here, seems like your typical chain store driven by money, unwilling to take ownership of error.

Special shout out to Mary Jayne and Michael who really went above and beyond, even stayed 30 minutes past closing to help me find the perfect items for my space. Refreshing to see this high level of customer service.

The sales clerks I dealt with were wonderful however the Manager was rude and condescending. I ordered the lamp for pick up and she left me standing there waiting for a clerk to deal with me. When I picked it up the Manager brought the lamp and again walked away to ask another customer browsing if she needed help. I had to stand around another 10 minutes before being served. The Manager definitely needs to step up her game. Oh and also, never call a customer "dear".

Staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions and helping me place pillows on their floor model so that I could see the final look. Love Urban Barn and have purchased many many items from their different locations without anything less then exceptional service!
