A	Alisa Tsenekos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of I love shopping at WCK. Typically I shop at West End location and did not have any issues there. Few days ago I came across south location and wanted to pop in to check it out. There were quite a few associates in the store and I was the only customer in. Not even ONE has acknowledged me or greeted me or my three year old daughter. When I asked one of the associates a question, I felt like I was bothering her and she was quite short with me. I asked if any kids clothes go past 24 months and she said no, then after circling the store I did find some items that were 3T+ but she didn't even BOTHER showing me any of it. I was planning on spending some money on their already overpriced clothes but with that attitude I didn't feel like even dropping one penny there. I did end up buying one shirt for my oldest son (in size 6T after I was told their clothes only go up to 24 months) but experience at the till wasn't much better. It's just too bad because it is such a beautiful store, your staff definitely needs training to make their customers feel appreciated and welcome. Will not be back there again and will shop else where.

The only thing that was going to keep me paying their outrageous prices was the customer service I received from a lady named Liz. Now I won’t ever be going back. The manager was out of control. The rest of the staff was following suit. It was a different world from my previous experience. I ended up buying nothing and look forward to my fight to bring my car seat back. My only hope is Liz is working she seems to be the only one not drinking the Kool-Aid around there. I should have known by driving by the North store in the height of the pandemic last summer and seeing ten very pregnant women waiting in the sun while the doorman sat in a chair. Save your time and money. Hate writing negative but WOW.

The cashier (this is my second time having her as a cashier and each time is a problem), did not sanitize her hands between customers. I asked her to sanitize her hands please before she touched my products. I kid you not, she pumped sanitizer in her hand with an attitude and slapped her hands together. When o saw that she barely sanitized her hands, I told her "I'd like to just reduce contact please. Can you please use the manual scanner to scan my products? I don't need a bag." She huffed and rolled her eyes then told me the MANUAL scanner arm that can be removed doesn't reach me so she has to touch my products. I kept asking her to explain because it was obviously a lie until she finally gave up and used the manual scanner to scan my products. How convenient it could reach her now! I noticed her attitude so I asked her why she has a problem with me asking her to sanitize her hands to which she rolled her eyes again and mumbled something. Twice, twice, I've had this issue with the same cashier. This is not appropriate customer service especially in a children's store. You would think they would be even more mindful of hand hygiene. So just be mindful. If you have a problem sanitizing your hands in front me, who knows what you do when no one is looking.

Kayla was EXCELLENT in helping guide us through strollers, car seats, and smart baby safety items. She was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable on their products- Which really helped us and made our "first time" shopping even more enjoyable!! Thankyou Kayla for everything!!!! S

As a first time Mom I don’t always know what to buy or what I need but the staff (Shout out to Kayla) make my experience every time really fun and educational. I would have no hesitation in giving this location the highest of recommendations to anyone out there looking for baby stuff. A big thumbs up :)
