I spent over an hour shopping in the store and was really impressed with how courteous and helpful the staff were especially "Lupita". I would definitely return to do more shopping in this store!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Staff really rude to customers. I was going through racks looking for my size for tops and jeans and I watched a couple staff verbally and visually discriminate customers. Falsely accusing and watching customers every move like they are stealing. This use to be my to go reitmans location..as I am a regular reitmans customer. But after feeling uncomfortable witnessing employees treat customers like that, I won’t be coming back. This company needs to re train their staff on proper customer service.

She has a wonderful energy about her and really cares about people. She gives fun and practical options and makes sure you are leaving feeling great in your new clothes. I've had terrible service at Southgate Reitmans in regards to greeting, assisting with sizing/changing rooms and returns. Don't go to Southgate Reitmans, go here instead!

The girls are always friendly, they’re honest about whether the outfit looks good on you or not, if they don’t have your size in their location they will check other locations as well as the online store and have it mailed to you at no cost. If the one that is mailed to you still doesn’t fit right, it’s super easy to go and get a refund. I also enjoy the fact that they have nice clothing for women that are on the plus size. Clothing that is fresh youthful looking and is part of the current trend. I love shopping there and highly recommend this company to everybody.
