★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a gift reciept and she forgot to print it so we did an exchange with the same sweater so she can print it and because she didnt refund and do it again, in another store they couldnt refund it to me even with the original reciept all because she was too lazy to do it. And customer service on the phone couldnt help me either and I wasted 45 minuets of my time waiting in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FANTASTIC experience! I took my 13 year old shopping...needless to say, whatever I pick she does not like. LEAH was beyond amazing! She was very attentive without making it uncomfortable. She made comments and suggestions that my daughter could relate to. We were able to find a ton of clothes which she is extatic about! Thank you so much Leah!!

As a minimum wage retail employee myself, I get that the employees working here can become disillusioned with the concept of customer service, but there is still a level of decency that we give to people, even outside of work. As soon as I walk in, I am greeted rudely and already made to feel unwelcome. The store was a mess, but the girls working there stood around stone-faced, not cleaning and not helping customers. There was a wonderful girl working in the fitting rooms who seemed to be the only one actually interested in the human beings around her, and didn't use a completely dead tone.
The store, however, has a good selection and the lighting and design is aesthetically pleasing. It feels a bit crowded, but it's forgivable because they actually do have quite a large selection in a small store.
