★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware they are ok selling you broken merch, but will not refund said merchandise.
They sold us a non working audio ornament, and two days later refused a refund.My fiance waited in line in the cold. She is an avid Hallmark fan and literally watches every movie (there's like 2000) for the first time in her life she experienced much less than a Hallmark ending.
I will take my business elsewhere and I will be gloating when Hallmark goes under, which it certainly will as they are as relevant as a video store.

Window said they were open at 11:00 am and they weren't, I did go back after I had done some shopping and told the two ladies that were there about the sign, they said "oh that's old" further more the sign that said when they were open was covered by something. Once in the store the lighting was dark in the south west corner of the store and lo and behold that is where I was directed to find the card that I was looking for. Ladies there were 2 of you on I was the only person in the store why didn't you take me over there and show me where they were as it was dark and perhaps I could have asked questions and found something. Instead I had to yell across the store to you only to be told that you don't have it. I lesson in customer service is in dire need for these ladies or maybe that is why they can't keep the lights on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to buy gifts, especially the tiny or small ones that really mean a lot. I personally loved the charms collection that they have. Very beautiful and I am sure when we gift it to someone, it will really seem special. I would love if someone gift me them :)
