★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking forward to the new location. Clean store. Found is very stocked but very little room in store to move around.
I bought something there. Went home, saw it online at old navy.ca for much cheaper( over 11 dollar) . So I went back the next day for a price match from their own store. Since I had done that before once in the past with no problems. After waiting in line in the rain the girl at cash told me no. I found that super ridiculous. She took me back to find the item and scan it in front of me. Obv I knew it would be the price I paid for it yesterday! That was the point of making an extra trip and getting a price match from ur Own store. And the item wasn't an online exclusive or anything I checked. Anyways just thought that was pretty annoying that she wouldn't price match from their Own store!!!
After I found the pricing on a lot of things off compared to online. Seems cheaper online. I'll just be looking there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this Old Navy store for the first time today and although it is nice to have this store in the area, there a some things that could be improved. The layout is quite tight and with staff unloading boxes right where customers are supposed to line up, it makes it difficult for customers to see the directional arrows on where to line up. So customers were lining up on the wrong side which an employee pointed out. Maybe don’t block the way so customers can see the arrows and then they will know where to line up? Also, they have a couple rolling racks in the children’s clothing area which were completely blocking the hair accessories and clothing. This makes it hard to see merchandise and is in the way of an already tight space. One customer tried to get her cart through and knocked right into it because the space was so tight. Moving those racks into another spot would help open up the space and not be in everyone’s way. Especially with trying to keep with social distancing protocols, putting racks in everyone’s way makes it hard to keep distance as there is barely any space to get through already and these things just block the way even more. I also noticed that they don’t really have a lot of sizes for children and should stock up on more sizes so parents can find what they are looking for. Overall the store is okay but better layout and not cluttering the space and stocking more sizes will make it a more desirable place to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing, went there to buy new stuffs stayed in line up there were 2 cashiers, and when it was my turn to be served the other cashier left after seeing that I had returns too with me, one cashier left for back, upon asking that why I am being not served Charlotte replied rudly and said we do not have more cashiers. Very disappointing, never going there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An accessible new store, with ample parking. Inside layout needs improving, and stock is patchy. Staff are fine. Company wide, Old Navy is rebranding as a trendier lower-priced Gap, but their prices don’t match the quality of items. Unless the sale is 30-50% off, the value isn’t worth it.
