She was happy, friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and somehow remembered our names when we returned to the store after a week of browsing elsewhere. Thank you Sonia!

She leads the client through the process, offering suggestions and alternatives, finding the needs and filling them. Not once did we feel pressured, and know her interest is the client interest.
The quality of the products is substantial, and shopping local is an added bonus. Recommended!

Even though my communication was just phone and email the customer support I received was exceptional. Sonia answered all my questions, she was so helpful, thanks again Sonia! If you live out of town, no big deal they deliver. I highly recommend Konto Furniture and make sure to ask for Sonia.
