X	Xavier Linoy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a table, arm chair and sofa over 2 months ago from south common "STRUCTUBE" and yesterday I got a call from them and I need to wait another 3 month to get them, This is the second time they are rescheduling it and I Extremely disappointed and planning to cancel my all orders . I don’t recommend shopping here and will not be in the future. @Structube team, if you are going to say related with "Covid" its all applicable to other stores like Ashley and Konto . They delivered all the things on time and or max one week delay. So please understand and run store professionally.

When assembling the piece my husband damaged a few hardware pieces. I made a call to the store to see if they had replacement ones and we lucked out they did. We are so pleased either the furniture and the service. Thank you!!

I ordered the George media unit in May, not long after, I received a notice that my item had shipped and I could pick it up middle of June. I even received a phone call from the store that my item was available for pickup. When I went to pick it up, they told me it wasn't in the store, an error was made, and I wouldn't actually receive the unit until August. Today (middle of August), I received a phone call and was informed that the unit will now not be available until November. I don't order furniture with the expectation that I will have to wait six months to pick it up, if not longer. Needless to say, I'm now looking elsewhere to find another media unit for my living room. I like Structube's designs but will not buy anything from then again. I simply can't trust that I will receive what I paid for.

D	Dee Es on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased items in July, it’s been 6 months now still not delivered. Store couldn’t even trace the whereabouts of the item being ordered. Very lousy customer service. We also ordered products from other stores, considering the delay because of the pandemic which we understand but we got our orders as promised on time with only weeks of delay. This store is the worst! If only i could give 0 star. John, one of the staff has very poor customer service.
C	Casandra Marin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased the Geraldine king size bed frame a couple years ago and lost the hardware for it in a recent move. I didn’t think we would run into any difficulty ordering new parts so we could reassemble our bed, as Structube is a relatively large and reputable company. Structube’s policy is that they don’t offer replacement hardware for any of their items, but that they may be able to accommodate if contacted. I contacted Structube via email and was met with automated responses that were of 0 help. I called their customer service line and was told I should visit their locations and I might have more luck tracking down hardware in store. I came in to this location to inquire about hardware and was told I need to email their store as they were unsure of which parts I would need, although I looked at the bed frame instructions which had a list of the bed frame parts with the associate. Still, I emailed the store and have received no response. Although Structube carries trendy pieces, I will no longer be their customer unless they change this incredibly wasteful policy. Other furniture stores, like IKEA, offer free replacement parts which help keep perfectly functional furniture out of landfills. We had to purchase a new bed frame and unfortunately had to throw away a $1000 bed frame.
A	A M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice selection of furniture. The quality is good as well. Shipping takes a bit longer due to supply chain issues which can be frustrating. Overall, it’s a good place to get nice looking furniture.

Every time I have gone in there no one has ever helped me and when I have gone to the front they have so much attitude and very little help. I bought a tall glass mirror (took 2 months to come in) and 4 white dining chairs. The dining chairs were only supposed to take 6 months max and I have been waiting for 8 months now. Do not recommend this store.
