First and last time purchasing at Bouclair. I ordered a small piece of furniture in July that was supposed to arrive in early September. Unfortunately there have been multiple shipment delays. I had to reach out multiple times to the store/customer service line to get information about the shipment status/delays. I called today and now the soonest possible shipment is February of next year. I will definitely be getting my purchase refunded which they only do in store. Overall a huge waste of my time.

AWFUL. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. First, the employees working in the store make their customers feel as if they are a headache . They are unhelpful and extremely rude. Second, I placed an order online for a chair. When I opened it at home, I could instantly tell it had been previously opened. I unpacked it further, and noticed many damaged areas. I contacted customer service and they gave me two options: 50% refund and keep it or I could drop it off at a store and they would send me a new one. At this point, I was so frustrated with them and their customer service that I just wanted to return it and get a full refund and take my business else where. They told me I could only do that if the chair was in re-sellable condition! I decided to pack it up and simply return it because β€œit didn’t suit my needs”. Luckily, the inept staff didn’t even look at the product when I brought it in and gave me a full refund. I will NOT be back, and will advise others to stay away.

Bouclair south common has the absolute worst costumer service ever!! I go to return curtain rods, they just don't fit my window the way I would them to. I go to bouclair with my receipt and the packaging of the rods... they say..." nope can't return because the wall anchers( plugs) are missing" I tell them yes they are stuck in my wall, would not come out.. no way you won't t give me a refund because the wall plugs are missing from 1 rod. They actually made me go to Lowe's to purchase wall anchors so they would refund me my money. They didn't even check to make sure the ones I bought would fit the screws. Clearly didn't really care about it just wanted to give me a hard time. To top it off I call my husband calls them 15 min after I leave to tell them that is ridiculous and not a way to treat your customers and they completely lie! They actually said oh no that never happened wrong store... I'm baffled!! What?? I would never ever buy anything from the store again!!

WORST customer service I have ever received both IN store and via email. I misplaced a receipt but had cool proof of payment for the item purchased but because it suddenly went on sale for half off they would only offer me 50 percent of the store credit. Furthermore, I emailed hoping to have some better option available seeing as the date on my statement showed it was purchased when it was FULL PRICE and the email I received was β€œyour best bet is accepting 50% off.” Terrible customer service, and a very unprofessional email. I am aware that it is my fault I lost the receipt, however the fact that I can still prove it was purchased full price and I am treated as though I am lying is ridiculous. The item was NEVER used, in box and simply pulled out to see if it fit our aesthetic. Don’t think I’ll be shopping here again due to the way I’ve been treated.

I went shopping a couple weeks ago, I went to 3 stores before Bouclair. I was in a hurry and Rachel at Bouclair was the best, she was very attentive and helped me find everything I needed. She is the by far the best retail worker I have ever come across! I will definitely be back ?

Ordered some faux wood blinds, we provided the measurements and they cut them to size. We received an email notification the next day that they were ready for pick up. Quick , accurate, and pleasant staff. They were easy to install and look terrific!!

Beverly was a fabulous worker. Great customer service and actually had a conversation with us. I went back the next day too pick up my blinds and continued to buy some more products. She was a affirmative 20 out if 10. Please tell her thank you. It was the best service we’ve had for a long time.

I really like the products in this store. They always seem to have things in my aesthetic. But we went in there today and in the middle of the largest surge in COVID cases we've seen yet they had an unmasked employee working as the greeter at the front door. Really? Was that the best move?
