ifurniture is a revolutionary new business model; we name it furniture 2.0.
We started from Y2004 from Auckland, New Zealand and come to Canada in 2016.
We take this to be our slogan: Better, Cheaper, Smarter! We are supplying the market with good quality and stylish furniture at a fantastic price. Here, nearly all furniture is below half of the marketing price; some are even about 1/3 to 1/4 of the market price.
Sometimes people show them the same thing selling at ifurniture at $199, but the other shops selling at $549 say 'Cheap imitation.' But the fact is they are all the same. Same factory. Same model. Maybe the difference is that ifurniture paid slightly more to improve the package.
Yes, we are running at an unbelievable low margin. But we are much much more efficient than our competitors. We dare to challenge any players in the industry, no matter in which country.
We believe we will finally bring some remarkable changes to this very traditional industry.
Now we have Auckland, Hamilton and Christchurch branches in New Zealand. We also spread to Canada and plan to start our North America project and finally grow globally.

I was expecting an automated chat bot, but was so delightfully surprised to chat with a human being named Hazel - she was SO helpful and answered all my questions. Hazel even went as far as to provide helpful details to make things easier for me when I go pick up the product I was looking for (suspended patio chair). Thanks so much Hazel!

Came back last week to buy some chairs for extra guests and found what I like, price was incredible and I got them at the same day. We all love them very much, the price is way too less for the quality, Will definitely come back later when I need anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for quality, 5 stars for price, 5 stars for variety, and 6 stars for the sales people, their expertise, and professionalism/friendliness. They were willing to spend as much time needed to answer all questions and provide suggestions. They have an eye for quality and design. I bought all my furniture from them and couldn't be happier. They arrange transport with a third party mover and are dedicated to make the customer happy. Allowed exchanges of there were any concerns or defects.
This is my third time buying from ifurniture to furnish a home. Everyone I recommend ifurniture to ended up happy and amazed with the prices.
There really is no other place to buy furniture in Edmonton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massive place, you can literally find anything here, and lots of cool patio sets too. I found an identical bend glass coffee table is selling for $149 which I found was selling for $579 on Amazon!! Not sure how they managed to sell for that much cheaper price. Everything looked good quality not like Ikea ones but even cheaper that there. Absolutely recommend, could save you at least half of your budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a gamble. You pay less, but if something goes wrong you’re stuck with it. I’ve been waiting for warranty replacement for almost two months now, with dead air from them for quite some time.
Pray that nothing goes wrong with your furniture, because this company is not in the business of customer service after purchase.
Spend the extra money and buy from a reputable business.
Edit: they finally replied to an email the day after I wrote this review (odd) and expect me to bring the broken furniture to them that they delivered broken.
Ridiculous.
Oh, and they’re giving everyone the same “discontinued” excuse for not being prompt with their customer service.
Do. Not. Shop. Here. Full stop. It used to be a great place four years ago, and now it’s just a glorified scam. So disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They deserve 0 star not even one. Would not recommend this store to anyone. Selling defective items with huge inconvenience to customers. It happened 4th time and I figured out it must be reported. On reporting, they will offer refund( is it something exceptional service for defective items?)
Is it always possible to dismantle furniture again and then arrange return delivery by your self. And having it assemble again! Because of their defective furniture I had to pay double for delivery and assembly. Their strategy is, offer full refund to customers but you have to bring back furniture to them, for which you might have paid delivery and assembly from your pocket) or they will be advising customers to sue them if you have enough time, out of your family time. Good advise! Don’t consider their cheap price items, think better quality with durability, or you will suffer at some point with them.
I don’t believe 4-5 star rating. I have seen and experienced all from their staff in Edmonton, what kind of customers satisfaction you will get in these kind of situations. In all stores all staffs are similarly helpful, thing is when you need customer care, that’s real.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend gave me this “giraffe” from ifurniture a year ago as a house warming gift and I absolutely love it! Every guest compliments me on this cutie! I had recently visited their store and their furnitures are so reasonably priced and very good design! Some styles you will never see in another store. I had my eyes on a set of patio furniture and I will get them as soon as my deck is ready. I wish I had bought more furniture here when I first moved in. I will visit again and definitely recommend it to my friends
