I am beyond upset at the level of customer service offered with this store. My wife and I have been attempting to reach a manager to discuss our faulty furniture and it has taken 5 months to finally get any sort of resolve. We purchased the Castano sectional after reading some good reviews about the piece. We have had nothing but problems with it since purchasing it as the chaise support piece has failed three times and the frame basically had to be rebuilt. Mind you we have only had this couch for a year and a half. Even though Ashley has repaired it under the warranty we purchased each time... given how often it has failed, we no longer have confidence in it. It still squeaks when you sit on it and at this point it's just become a $2000 ornament in our living room as we do not use it. I spoke with a manager today who told me that there is no way we can receive even a depreciated store credit for our furniture. I had hoped that they would be willing to use discretion to keep me as a customer, as I was willing to take less than what we paid for the credit. Turns out Ashley does not value customers, so I won't be back.

Good experience. Sales not pushy, products seem decent quality, fair prices. Free shipping, which is a nice perk. Can’t speak how the quality of the furniture will hold up as I have just purchased it but i overall enjoyed my experience.

Worst customer experience ever. Their behaviour and customer service changes after purchase. We bought 2000K furniture from this store. We went to another Furniture store and found same Queen bed at lesser price. We immediately called the Sales Rep. and brought to his notice. He asked to bring the proof and he will match the price. When we reached to Ashley store with the proof the Sales Rep. started. Criticizing the other store about their quality and delivery and declined to match the price, Although he failed to give reason the match the price. We ended up buying 200$ expensive furniture from Ashley store. As soon we received the furniture we found some screws missing and damage. Even talked to Sales rep. But no response. At the end I have to buy missing screws from Home Depot . Guys pls shop around before going to Ashley otherwise you will end up buying costly furniture. I will never recommend Ashley to any of my family or friend.

A great experience from start to finish. Aside from not checking to see if a sofa would fit down the stairs (our fault) the delivery and exchange went perfectly. Both delivery teams (Akim & Giovanni) were courteous and professional. We will remember Ashley should we need to shop for furniture in the future.

Good selection and prices are competitive. However, the sales team do not give you full disclosure. I was told by the sales person( Edmonton South Common) that I could return my goods anytime before delivery. I bought a complete bed set (mattress, baseboard and bed) and a sectional. I found out the sectional does not fit my place. I went back to exchange it for something else. I was never told at any point in time that I only had 48 hours to cancel my order without paying penalty. I found a better fitting sectional at another store and told my sales person to return the sectional - she said okay and that it was done and I didn't need to come in to sign . Four day after the confirmation, she said there was a penalty. I spoke with the "admin manager" about the whole situation, she was condescending, rude and snobby. I am sure that she's even surprised that I can speak English with the way she was talking to me. So I had to pay a penalty that was in fine prints. Even if i had made changes to the order, I was not allowed to cancel the new change. I believe that the disclosure should have been done verbally and they should ensure that the customers are aware. The second furniture store I went to (Premier Furniture, Edmonton South Common) told me about their return policy way before I made a choice and was repeated several times to ensure that I understood. I am never setting my foot in that store again. Ever!

I ordered a cabinet over 6 months ago and it finally arrived, delivered, only to discover it wasn't a cabinet at all but rather a box of pieces waiting for my assembly. I paid for the delivery to the room which I was led to believe that the cabinet would be placed in its original packaging. I thought that would be fine considering it was a cabinet. When I expressed my shock to the delivery crew they said I would have had to pay for "white glove" service (additional 150 dollars) to have them assemble the furniture for me. For the price I paid for this furniture and waiting over 6 months for it to arrive and purchasing from an actual furniture store, I fully expected an assembled cabinet. There should have been a write up on the piece of furniture or on my invoice stating that this piece of furniture requires full assembly - this is not the case, therefore, if you are visiting their elaborate showrooms do not expect for your furniture to arrive the same way it appears in their showroom. There is another company in the market who sells furniture that requires full assembly and are truly transparent about that fact which I appreciate. In my case, I feel Ashley furniture has not been fully transparent about what I should expect in receiving this product. Seeing other reviews I can see that I should have done my research more carefully before purchasing from Ashley. I will never purchase another piece of furniture from Ashley Furniture Edmonton South and am posting to warn other customers from experiencing this horrible customer service.

The experience in the store is great. Everyone seems nice and accommodating and friendly. Only reason, I gave two stars. It would 1 or 0 if it was for Guest Care itself. However, heaven-forbid you put a claim in with Guest Care. We purchased our product in June 2021. When it was installed, they realized a cushion needed to be replaced. A tech came out and replaced, but we explained to them that another one needed fixing. He told us to call Guest Care. We have been on the phone with Guest Care since October 2021 (today is May 5, 2022). They ordered, then they said they just needed to fix, then a tech comes out and says it needs a new cushion, then the day they are supposed to arrive to "REPLACE" the cushion, we receive a call to tell us that they need to order and it will take another 2-4 weeks. Little do they know we just moved into a brand new home. We spent $6K to start furnishing our home, and we were planning on spending another $6K-$10K to complete some of out bigger rooms (additional coffee tables, side tables, and media consoles). Glad we chose to break up the transactions (while were trying to figure out how to decorate) because the sales told us warranty was no problem. However, I think they are trying to stall us out till June 2022. It's too bad because we love our Kitchen Table and our other sectional.

Delivery went good. The overall experience was good. When I was contacted about the delivery, the person I spoke with could have been a little more personable but either way the delivery happened without any problems. The only problem I have is that my couches don’t match the house very well and now in order to switch the couches to something else I have to pay 10% restock fee which sucks seeing as how I’m going to buy couches from Ashley anyways. If I decided to purchase somewhere else then I think I should be charged.
