I would highly recommend Sofa Land to anyone. I had great service from their staff. Friendly, helpful and above all not pushy. They just eanted to help and make sure I got what I wanted not just what they wanted to sell me! Thanks Sofa Land - I love my new chair! They also were a great help getting my chair shipped to Northern Alberta - all in good shape upon arrival. Great Service!

I have had the opportunity and pleasure of shopping at Sofaland and found everything that I was looking for. Not only finding what I was looking for,but also finding some of the best sales people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I would recommend this store and sales people for anyone looking to fill their homes with quality furniture. I would also recommend seeing and talking to the sales people, I work with Angela, and she was an absolutely amazing, I'm sure the other sales people are equally as good as Angela.

Yes, the goods are pricey, but they are exactly that: goods: made to last. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating, and you can rest comfortably, knowing that they're not going to sell you a sofa, loveseat, sectional or chair that you'll be waiting 18 months on. The delivery happened as scheduled; one week after date of purchase. The crew who helped us set up our new sectional were prompt and professional. I used to joke about how sofa king good they could be, now I wish I had shopped there sooner.

With the excellent customer service we received from Bruce, and the excellent quality of the furniture that Sofa Land carries - they make it easy to want to support local. This place is the only place my family would go for large furniture, like sofa. My family had two chances purchasing sofas there in the past a three years, each time the sales would provide the sound information to help us pick the right sofa. And each time from the sales to the installation, our total experience can not be paralleled. It is definitely worth the investment if you look large furniture there. My husband and I decided to call Sofa Land after an awful experience with another major North American furniture and appliance chain store. We searched online for couches we wanted that checked all the boxes on our wish list and found a few we liked on the Sofa Land website. We had multiple friends and family members suggest Sofa Land to us as they had had great buying experiences with them, and we’re so happy we went with them! I called the South Edmonton location and spoke with Alex. In less than ten minutes on the phone with Alex I had already received more customer service than I had in a month long ordeal with the previous store, and had more confidence in Sofa Land’s ability to deliver on, and stand behind their products. My husband and I went to the store and ended up purchasing a completely different 7-piece sectional than we had originally gone in to see. Alex was so friendly and helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. We were not able to bring our purchased couch with us that day, and live too far from Edmonton for Sofa Land to deliver directly to us; so we started working with Alex and the warehouse manager Brody to find a third party delivery company to pick up our couch and bring it to our house. We ended up being able to secure a trailer to go pick up the couch ourselves a couple of days later, but Brody was extremely helpful and had some great suggestions for me when considering hiring a third party for delivery. When my husband arrived at the warehouse to pickup our couch, Brody and his team were ready for him right away and were very helpful. We would absolutely suggest Sofa Land to anyone looking for furniture. Unlike many other furniture stores, they are able to give you true and realistic timelines on what is available and when. And being truthful with what they have on-hand/in their inventory right then and there takes the guessing out of what you can get and when.

We had such a great experience buying from Sofa Land! They have a wide range of options to choose from, especially since everything is pretty much customizable (the fabric, the legs, the firmness etc). They are very attractive sofas, high quality and well worth the money. On top of that, they have the absolute BEST customer service in any retail store we’ve ever been to! Bruce helped us on the floor, and he was so genuinely kind, honest and helpful! Very knowledgeable of their products too and answered our million questions with patience. Angela helped us finalize the sale and she was so friendly and helpful as well, making great recommendations and never making us feel pressured to buy. Would definitely recommend to anyone, and we’ll be buying all our sofas here from now on! :)
