I wasnt too sure going to a Walk in clinic, if the doctor could increase my dosage for my current perscription(I wouldve went to see my fam doc, but I couldnt get in for another month). Dr.Winterbach increased my "said medication" dosage without much explaination needed. He seen that i needed it asap.
Little to no wait time as the clinic was empty. Front desk lady was helpful.
I must say, this clinic is a hiddem gem!
Thank you again Dr. Winterbach. You really did help me alot, whether you know it or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going here for years and it just keeps getting worse. Last time I showed up for my physical they apparently didn't have me booked in so the male walk-in doctor saw me instead. He had issues with the equipment to do a pap and was basically trying to run out the door every 2 minutes not listening. There was no proper physical done, he just wanted to write me prescription refills and bail out the door. I managed to get blood work done, it came back as a high platelet count. No one bothered to call me, I called them and was told "it's fine." No it is not. We have reference ranges for a reason and if someone is out of those ranges you need to do your due diligence to investigate the cause. I work in healthcare myself and I am so sick of this "get you in get you out and don't listen to a word you say" healthcare. LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS before you kill someone.

But since she has taken on my wife as a patient the care has been better than it ever was . Such a caring lady that always goes the extra mile to do everything possible for her clients .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited 5 doctors in span of 4 years. Only one listen and I highly recommended Dr. Lau. He was the reason why i finally found out my why my period was absent for a year. He was very thorough with all and explained everything well because of him I was able to see an ob-gyne. It turned out there was cysts in my both ovaries and one was bigger than the other and it spread to my left side and they also found pre cancer cells because of him i was given 2nd chance in life and was not too late.
I heard is no longer here. If anyone knows where he is I would like to thank him personally.

Dr. Durand was so incredibly kind and gentle with him and expertly explained the diagnosis to me and how to treat it. We're so lucky to have been able to see this Dr. on that day. One of the best bedside manners I've ever experienced in a doctor
