The lack of professionalism was disappointing from one of the receptionists. She was so rude and hang up the phone on me. UNACCEPTABLE! Her laziness to walk over to a fax machine caused this situation. Maybe you shouldn’t be a receptionist if you can’t deal with faxed papers. So disrespectful and I suggest for you to retrain on how to respectfully communicate with patients. You know who you are ✌️.

I am someone who usually doesn't write reviews for businesses. But this particular incident made me do so. I brought in my son for his appointment at this clinic and I am still mad at what I saw. This tall blonde lady with glasses I don't know her name but it looked like she was a manager or something was talking to the front receptionist in a very bad way. Her demeanor towards the receptionist was very disrespectful. If you want to talk like that make sure you don't talk in front of patient's.

I won’t visit this place again. I was referred here for a sleep study but will ask to be directed to a new clinic. The receptionist treated me like I was bothering her and like I might give her Covid by standing anywhere near her desk even though I was wearing my mask as directed by text, phone call and email. Once you’ve signed in you are then given forms to fill out where they threaten you that they will send you to collections it you don’t return the machine (could have just said please return or we will have to charge you for the cost of the machine) The tech was lovely and made me think this whole process might not be completely awful. However, after hearing from the doctor today I realize this is not the place for me. I was shamed for having troubles getting my 5 year old to stay in her bed and told that she could have lasting problems like ADHD, etc. It was completely over the top and disrespectful. I just took her for a check up and her doctor was not overly concerned about her sleep habits and suggested ways to improve her sleeping while also caring for her as a child with a fear of the dark. Without meeting me or my child and speaking over the phone for 5 minutes no one should claim to know what is best for me or anyone else. I hope to find somewhere that offers grace, patience and kindness.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My 78 years old mother called to book her appointment because somebody left a message and my mom called the clinic to book her appointments. The lady who answered the phone was very rude to my mom because my mom was asking her to repeat again as she is old and needs time to process information. This lady asked my mom to hold the phone , thank the lord she forgot to put it on mute and my mom overheard her saying " Why do these idiots call if they cant hear properly ". My mom was shocked and she called me to express her frustration and was in tears. I called back the clinic and asked the name of person who booked my mom's appointment .Her name is Vanessa. Vanesa if you are reading this you are not going to stay young all your life. Have some empathy towards old people and if you don't like what you do then may be consider another career. I cancelled my mom's appointments and asked our family doctor to refer her somewhere else.

The lack of professionalism was disappointing, my CPAP machine was failing and my first contact with them was in September, they then stalled me until October, then a sleep study in December and dispute saying I would have my results the following week, I do not get them until January. After that review I was told they would put me on a waiting list that would be about 1-2 months before getting the replacement machine. After reviewing the events and how I was disappointed in how long it was taking to get a replacement machine I go a call the following week to get a CPAP. They knew how my insurance provider was then told be they wouldn’t direct bill they charged me $3,200 for the package. Upon submitting the invoice to my provider they only covered $2,600 as the prices on the invoice were inflated. As an example they charged me $200 for a mask that retails for $75.00. When I talked with the Pulse Air representative they said they would charge me $350 for the study and I could return the machine, then a few minuets later told me to disregard their previous message and they wouldn’t do anything for me. I would recommend you go with the Edmonton Sleep Climic or another company that doesn’t gouge their customers and provides timely response and customer service.

I was blown away on how this receptionist talked to me. I just wanted to book a follow up with my doctor as suggested by him and the other specialist he referred me to. It was never an issue before. This receptionist needs to have a training on how to be respectful to people and not cut them off while they are talking. She talks so fast on the phone and she didn't knew what she was talking about. Really disappointed with her behavior.

Thank you, Dr. Bhandari for your patience and your prompt actions to attend my mother’s issues at short notices especially couple of times close to the weekends. My mom is stable and doing better. It is all due to your best professional judgements and providing the right care, that she requires. Thank you very much for your phone consultations otherwise it is an issue for me to bring my mom every couple of weeks by driving 500 kilometres.I appreciate your help and professionalism. I would also like to say thank you to Joy, without your help it is not possible to receive the timely appointments, sending proscriptions promptly to the pharmacy and then making sure that pharmacy has received the prescriptions. Thank you, Joy and wish you all the best. Keep doing the best job by bringing a smile of satisfaction on the face of patients. You guys are the Best!

Cannot say enough good things about the fantastic service I received here at this facility ! The admin staff (Sheri Rae in particular) went ABOVE & BEYOND what I would expect anywhere in accommodating my appointments and unique personal situation. I do not hand out complements like this freely, since most people/places use mediocrity as the benchmark for their "version of good customer service". Sheri and the team were very polite, kind, caring, extremely efficient and went far further than I have seen any other group of professionals go to ensure high quality customer service. Thank you so much Sheri & staff - you deserve a massive "pat on the back" and have my lasting gratitude !
