β β β β β Dr Ma is fantastic. She takes the time to listen and understand. She is has been an asset to getting access to specialists. She is 5 STARS ALL THE WAY. The front desk is 2 stars at best. They are incredibly dismissive over the phone, ask no questions to determine need. The front desk team here needs some serious training/change/supervision.

β β β β β Dr. Liu is an amazing Dr. - he listens to everything, teaches as he goes along sharing all of his concerns or ideas, and discusses treatments and alternatives. Absolutely the most caring Dr ever. He even calls his patients with lab results - even if they are normal!

β β β β β Dr. Liu is an outstanding doctor. He's highly intelligent, thorough and always takes the time to explain things to me and to answer any questions that I have. He also is very kind and has a great bed side manor. I feel like I can talk to him about any of my health issues and don't feel embarrassed. He even calls when test results are normal.

β β β β β I was referred by my family physician to Dr. Sajwani for weight management and my results have been outstanding. Dr. Sajwani and her nurse, Charlotte RN, truly cares about your success and provides lots of helpful tips on staying on track and focuses on sustainability. A lot of people have noticed such a dramatic change in me and I always ask them to have themselves referred to Dr. Sajwani.

β β β β β Dr Bokenforh is amazing - she's been our family Dr for close to 20 years. The front desk staff however need customer service training- dismissive over the phone, didn't spell my name right I the appt and double poked my 3pm appt with another 3pm appt so Dr Bokenrforh had 2 people at the same time. This is unacceptable.... the Drs are already booked heavy and this does not help

β β β β β My family doctor is great, but one of the ladies working at the front desk named Camila that made the appointment for me and my child a week before and when we arrived there was no appointment for my child. She refused to answer any of my questions and never apologized.

β β β β β Our family doctor is the best! She helped us a lot. The reason I give only 2 stars is because the some people working in the front desk doesn't know what they're doing. It's frustrating, even leaving a simple voicemail, you won't understand the message. They need more training.
