Usually don't have to wait long to see Dr. Parray. She is efficient, courteous, friendly and appears to care about me and my ailments. The times I have had to wait are only when I don't have an appointment and she is in the office. The clinic has very good hours and it is first come first served. I have been there many times before I had a doctor here. Sometimes you have to wait awhile but that is expected. The receptionist both at the clinic and Dr. Parray's office are friendly, courteous and efficient. What I also like is that they have nurses there who can look at dressings and can give innoculations ordered by the doctor. I have never had a problem at the Glacier. Even the parking is reasonable.

Not only are the staff there TERRIBLE. But their doctors are some of the WORST doctors I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Especially Dr. Mohammadi and the Optometrists in Dr. Blackhomers office. They are rude, dismissive and condescending. I suggest that if you're in need of any medical attention you should literally go anywhere else. Might be better off in a back alley laboratory than at the Glazier. They should be ashamed of themselves

After going through reviews and then visited the place for an X-ray as well as Lifelab for blood work and now I know exactly why there is this chart displayed everywhere asking patients and visitors to be nice and that the violence is not tolerated and so on and so forth.. Had the staff and associates were polite and courteous, there was no need to put such shameful posters. There might be food souls among them but mostly are behaving with full attitude and with lack of courtesy ?

Dr.Bolger comes off as a very educated doctor at first. He might be so, however he is also a very rude, demanding and impatient doctor to be allowed working with the public. Especially those with mental health as his approach when speaking to his patients when he is impatient is appalling. Asking about something like where you could find more information about a matter that is regarding your health and over all success in life, is an easy trigger when he is expecting to bill you for something different. He shuts down the conversation with no info. Goes against your health concerns in doing so. And attempts to cast blame of his frustrations onto his patients who are otherwise calmly and politely asking for help. Slowly over the years this is definitely a trend with Glazier, I’ve personally noticed. Regardless of the approach or severity of the issue. I used to not only think, but speak highly of this place. Doctors like Dr.Bolger have definitely had a negative impact on not just my experience with the clinic, but my views on the people who work there. The receptionist available that day, had no sense of privacy when speaking out my personal address, phone number, and SIN number, out loud for anyone to hear, neither lowering her voice or asking privately. It’s really a shame, as someone who has a very real, very raw, legitimate fear and anxiety of medical establishments, to have left this place feeling even less inclined to ever trust to ask for medical attention when needed.

Can't begin to explain how disappointing to know how bad Glazier has gotten over the last couple years. It's understandable that there is a zero tolerance policy as well as screening for covid. I'm quite positive that the staff don't understand what the zero tolerance policy means and I feel like it gives them the right to be nasty to patients that walk in because they can with zero tolerance policy. For the women that was at the desk taking in patients at the urgent care, she was extremely unprofessional. Not only was I able to tell that she was being fussy while getting in her chair to take the next patient she was also rude about why we were there!! Is this not urgent care? She told us we failed screening and that is understandable but my husband was confused so we continued to tell her that we were told to come here and what to do next and without allowing him to finish his dialouge of question she snapped at us like we were arguementive and so we got even more co fused cause this was coming out of no where, she had no reason to use that disgusting tone with us!!! As she's telling us we need to calm down as its her hand that's shaking!!! Projection much!!! My husband continued to apologize (he shouldn't have) and explained to her there was no reason to take him as being arguementive and that it was his regular tone and she continued to be nasty!!! Get new staff because next time I won't have the same respect next time!!! Do your job and be professional!!

Both front dest and the doctor did a good job. Very friendly and not rushing at all. I recommend them for urgent care. I see the way they greet people and make them comfortable would definitely make the patient realize they are in good hand.

Waited on the phone, was held on que on a Friday for over 50 minutes to be told that urgent care was closed by an automated machine. So what was the point of having me hold when the line was direct to urgent care? To literally resolve nothing and my family doctor isn't in today. I've also stopped getting my blood done here because they make you wait outside (understandable with COVID) but then tell you they have no more room for you after you've waited? I'd stop going here all together if my family doctor wasn't located here. If you need a blood test done the same day go to Dynacare on King. Thank me later.

For over 40 years I had a male doctor, a matter of emotional safety for me. Just before Covid, my 3rd doctor retired. I was assigned a female doctor. NO ONE asked what I preferred. After a few interactions in person and on line, I called the clinic to ask to be transferred to a male doctor. The clinic manager offered no help and said I had to apply online to the doctor who was indicated on their website as taking new patients. Sometime after that, my assigned doctor called to question why I had taken her off my clinical record. I pointed out that I had not asked her to be removed. I had asked for a transfer. During that call, my doctor, not pleased I guess with my request to change, used a voice so loud I had to hold the phone's receiver away from my ear. I have a witness to the volume. My wife heard the doctor sitting a distance from the phone. I told the doctor I was too emotionally distressed to continue the conversation. Months have passed and the clinic has not responded to phone calls. I left at least 2 messages with the clinic manager. It saddens me that I can be a patient since 1973 and be discarded so quickly. If you have a choice, choose a different clinic.
