★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having an appointment at 6:15 PM . Called to reschedule it but they said Dr us already booked and I have to come on 6:15 PM today . Now... its waiting. It's going to be 7 PM now. I feel visit here as a walk is much better than appointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't read the reviews before going, now I really wish we did. Don't go and don't waste your time. We just waited almost two hours in waiting room. The doctor prepared and said he would be back than 40 mins later we are wondering what's going on. I asked the receptionist and they said they would find the doctor then 20 mins goes by, I stepped out to look and was told "he's coming okay" the rudest way possible. We didn't get seen after that waited 10 more mins and walked out after someone else walked in the room barely spoke and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience per usual. I’ve come here three times each time thinking my experience will be different. The front receptionist is rude. And the doctors are lazy trying to rush you out the building. I would not recommend! This doctors office is use to dealing with immigrants, low income households and patient suffering from addiction, and I’ve seen how impatient they have been with those individuals. It’s disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give them a zero if I could. They wouldn’t take in my kid when I am the legal guardian because I didn’t have guardianship paperwork on me and she is under the age of 18…. The two ladies at the front denied her of getting health care when we had a health care card, birth certificate and school id. Plus, I had my ID if needed… I can’t believe I have to prove this is my kid with paperwork…. The two ladies at the desk today were very unhelpful and they were the only walk-in clinic open near us. Now we have to go to the emergency room and wait several hours when we could’ve just seen a doctor there to solve her issues. I’ve never been to a walk-in clinic whose denied us like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot, didn't have to wait long which is always nice. A little tip is to look at thr live wait times provided by Google and it will say if it's busier then usual or not so that's nice. The front desk ladies were all very nice and helpful also. Dr.Saad was also a very good and friendly Dr which always helps with Dr visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely nice nurses and doctors. Service was so fast. The facility is very clean, modern and welcoming. The available seating is SO comfy for waiting room chairs. The hours of operation are very good too. I will recommend this place to everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay so I go in on a Saturday and it is packed. So I make an appointment for first thing Sunday Morning. They open at 9am, but for whatever reason the first appointment is at 10:30. I arrive for my appointment and check in and the girl was actually pretty nice and says grab a seat. Almost 15 minutes goes by and out of curiosity iask how long the wait might be and that I have another appointment at 11:30. The girl behind the desk says that the doctor is not even here yet. I say to her what is the point in making appointments that early if the doctor is not even gonna be there. She got very disrespectful with me and said if I did not like it I could leave. So out the door I went with a heart felt FU on the way out. If you feel that you deserve respect from your health care provider do not go here. There are plenty of clinics that will not treat you like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an absolute joke of a place. The reception is always so rude. In the times that I have been here I have never had a good experience. They call me saying it's oh so important that I make an appointment to go over my ultrasound results. I go to the clinic and wait over an hour for him to tell me that there is absolutely nothing wrong. It took a total of 30 seconds. The doctor that I was SUPPOSED to go to called on Sunday and said he would not be coming. They rescheduled me for Tuesday with the same doctor. Turns out that he doesn't go to this clinic in Tuesdays. So they booked me with a doctor that wasn't there and wasted my time and everyone else's time. Ridiculous.
