I noticed there were only 2 person, guy and lady pharmacist. they were very busy, i thought they will make me wait for more than half an hour. But Guy told to me it wont be longer and asked my information, helped me with form. someone step out from room and Right away he went to room, sanitize, cleaned the chair and called my name and we done in 5 minutes. The lady pharmacist so kind and gentle and smile face. when i was leaving i told them i will talk to to your manager about the services, they said oh we both are the managers lol. strongly recommended this place.

I've moved to different areas of the city and even though my commute is now almost 30 minutes The service I get from Ellen and Hajar is impeccable but they treat their clients as family. They go above and beyond to make sure your visit is as pleasant as the experience. You couldn't pay me enough to switch pharmacies. Thank you ladies for always making me smile. But Ellen is one of the most awesome people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Getting to know her she is bright and cares for her clients like family. The service is always fast and with a smile. Ellen goes above and beyond to ensure our prescriptions are available when we need them and that they are filled on time every time. She is very friendly and always has a smile. She takes the time to chat and gets to know you. She cares about her patrons and it shows. The other members of the staff are also friendly and always willing to help. Best pharmacy in Beverly!

I've only met one other pharmacist in Edmonton that was as friendly and kind, no idea where he went. But then I switched Drs, which happened to be in the Beverly walk-in attached to this pharmacy. A feew months after being a regular there, Ellen has made it a point to get to know me (as well as many other customers). One of the most kindest and compassionate people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. You truly are amazing Ellen (and staff) for going above and beyond and all that you do for your customers. Ellen has often referred to herself as "aunty Ellen" to my baby lol absolutely love this pharmacy and staff. If I could give it a 10 star rating I would!
