★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff inside does not wear gloves while handling your food, the burgers are not fresh. At that, while handling raw hamburger patties they'll go over to prepare cooked food without washing their hands! When I asked that the staff behind the counter to wear gloves while preparing my food, was told that they weren't allowed to. Overall experience I would give a ZERO star for recommendation, if you don't believe me. Go in for yourself and watch them as I have done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved into the area a couple years ago and have visited here approx once a week yes I have had a couple issues I prefer mayonnaise and they forget sometimes however overall service A Plus friendly A Plus. Even during the height of covid they supported essential workers with meals. I know there are a lot of great locations but this one is special and I know they look forward to serving you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the drive-thru at 1 in the morning made my order to be a combo order teen Burger strawberry milkshake and chicken nuggets only wind up getting chicken nuggets and burger the guy said that the fry machine was down found out I was charged separately for the prize the team Burger did chicken nuggets in the strawberry milkshake and pop thinking that the pop and Fries were included and as I said do not get fries even though the next vehicle that went to while we were still in the parking lot listening to the attendant and the Order of the next person asking for fries and a drink go through another curiosity I stopped him on the other side of the drive-thru asking if he received his fries his then gave me a puzzled look and showed me the fries he got

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 20am... we just got back into the city and ordered 2 combos, both burgers were dry and hard.. even the cheese was hard. Never ever going here after hours. Service was super fast... much too fast.. burgers must of been pre cooked and sitting for much too long. Disappointed. 1 person working..doesn't cut it if the food cant be made fresh when it's ordered. If I had wanted a burger that had been sitting for 45 minutes before ordering it I would have gone to McDonald's instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This must be the worst location in the city. I bought a house in the area of this location last year, and my wife and I visited this location 3 times. Each time the order has been some of the worst food i have ever eaten at an A & W. I love A&W, if the food was great , I would be there once a week, especially when I get off work at 4am, and this would be a great convenient place to get food. Unfortunately, we keep regretting trying this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sorry to say this location has slow staff I often come here and half to wait for like up to ten minutes , also they are slow to respond at the drive through with communicating not very clear with english it can be a little tricky for the staff it seems as well so be prepared for the evening shift they are quite sloppy and slow at service start to finish. I mistakingly beeped my horn and that's what got a worker to come around back to serve another waiting customer wow
