Have been going to this Wendy’s fairly frequently in the last year, and I have to say it’s the worst location I’ve ever been too. Half the time you’re missing items and the staff are often pushy and rude. I get that they probably don’t get payed enough and are definitely understaffed but this is the case at most Wendy’s. Edit: after eating the food I just got, the sauce packets they gave us have gone completely bad. I didn’t look and dipped a nugget and got a mouthful of rotten creamy sriracha, THIS IS A HEALTH HAZARD!

When they say Eat great even late they mean it. Caramel latte frosty is delicious baconator GOOD

Ordered dinner and asked for confirmation. Unfortunately I was met with attitude. When I received my order, I asked for confirmation and I was met with rudeness. When I got home, my order was incomplete as we were missing part of the order. Also, the quality was terrible: burgers were sloppy and cold. This is the second time this has happened. When I try to call and complain, nobody answers the phone. Terrible, terrible service!

I have lived across the street from this location for a very long time. Since covid ..their customer service, and overall food quality have hit an unbearable low, if they get the order right. In store food orders are always, and I mean ALWAYS put last while they plug out drive through orders... 6 or 7 in store orders deep, and they will maybe acknowledge one. I waited 25 minutes today for one simple kids nuggets meal, while 5 others behind me rolled their eyes and wondered why they also didn't get a receipt or order number upon checkout, and aren't even getting eye contact or acknowledgement for delays.. I'm done. I generally hate fast food and this chain was the only exception. Now...it's a Joke. Note to future patrons...don't bother asking for a bacon and cheese baked potato (with, or without extra cheese) The concept of putting cheese sauce on them, and hearing "extra cheese" is lost. it apparently means adding shredded with sauce..tf. And..if you specify extra cheese sauce..they act like they don't hear you. And the bacon on the baked potato. 2 strips. Not crumbled. ENJOY. βœ‹οΈ?

Stopped in for dinner last evening and was very disappointed. After placing our order we took a good look around. Water or what I think was water was all over the back area. Staff were unable to walk around it as it was everywhere. Definitely a safety issue. A maintenance fellow was trying to repair a piece of equipment in the same area where food prep was taking place. I watched as he placed the machine right on top of a couple of burgers that had been placed on top of the hot tray where the chili was. Staff brought out a ladder and placed it right by the main doorway, and just left it there, another safety issue. Only one fellow was completing orders so it was a very long wait. One customer came up and asked for a cleaning cloth and sanitizer as the eating area was in dire need of cleaning. Dirty tables and over flowing garbage was everywhere. The pop and condiment area was filthy and the ketchup dispenser was empty. Food finally arrived and although the fries were hot the burger and chili were cold. We do like Wendy's but corporate needs to take a good look at this outlet because food and safety standards are not being met.

20 min wait for my breakfast order, terribly weak coffee and black crud on my sandwich . It's really not the employees fault, they were obviously short staffed and probably under-trained. Ever since the app came out its been twice as bad. Never doing breakfast again

Enjoyed some of the new Wendy's Breakfast today. It was delicious. The breakfast potatoes are flavorful and unlike anything else at a fast food chain. Baconator breakfast sandwich was good. Definatly a competitor for fast food breakfast options.

Got a moldy burger and they forgot my fries. Had terrible customer service when I sent my young cousin in to get the fries before I found the burger. The lady at the counter had taken our receipt and wanted to charge her for the sour cream I asked for which I was "eh" but whatever. We drove off and started eating when I discovered my burger was moldy I then went inside and the same lady was there I retrieved my receipt from her and showed her the burger and she tried to convince me it was not mold, told me it wasn't expired and couldn't give me an explanation on what it could be, the gentleman working with her was more professional and he even showed her that thats not how their buns look as it is clearly mold. She offered to replace the burger but her attitude and obviously the mold made me decline as I was not at all happy with how this was handled
