★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking where I could be easily seen by my husband when he came out wasn't the easiest, I think because of the propane tanks maybe, but other than that, store was good. Customer service was good. Found what was needed and in and out quickly. So all in all, fairly satisfied. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service!!! I wish I could give 0 stars! I reserved a tiller a month ago and I went in to the store 2 days ago to confirm my reservation. The found my name and said yes it was good to go. I show up today to pick it up and they said the order is canceled. They couldn’t even give me a reason why!!! Never will I deal with this store or Home Depot again!!! Now I have to call friends over to hand shovel my entire garden up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ December 20, 2021. Broke the flushing arm on one of our toilets and was able to easily find the part we were looking for. The store is easy to navigate and good signage to find what you are looking for. There are washrooms available here.
If you want to improve your home then this is the place for home improvement. Whatever you need for your home it’s here. There is staff to help with you needs and they are helpful and friendly. The store is well lit and clean. It’s a large warehouse so be prepared to do so walking and searching but you will find what you need. Prices are reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give 0 stars, because the fiasco with ordering my washing machine from here was the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
It was almost comical how inept everything was, between the delivery company missing the delivery and not giving me any information, and the Home Depot customer service hotline never following up or knowing what was going on either. I ordered the unit a month ago, having expressed to the salesperson (Ram) that I urgently needed it delivered due to our potty-training toddler wetting the sheets daily. They were not up-front and honest about how long it could take or what steps would be involved to get information. I feel like I was misled, being strung along day by day so that they could keep my money for a bit longer. Every time someone said they would call me back with more information, it never happened. It was a 100% failure rate.
I get that there are pandemic-related supply chain issues, but they knew from the beginning that if they had told me honestly about how long it would take, I would have shopped somewhere else. They chose money over customer service. And a month in, I still don't have a washing machine.
The in-store staff I'm sure are fine, but I have a real problem with how the upper management of this store didn't do anything about it.
If you're thinking of ordering an appliance through Home Depot, don't do it - spend your money somewhere else that's honest about it. Pathetic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best pace to get all kind of tools. Last time I visited I brought a bolt extractor kit made by Husky which is the house brand of the home depot. The tool was really nice, it served my purpose and saved 140 dollars labor cost.
The staff here is highly experienced. I don't know his name, but he is a very senior staff. He just guided me to the right aisle and made my life easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw a beautiful light I wanted. Couldn't find any staff for quite some time. Staff member finally came to help me and told me they were not only sold out, but that their price was wrong so if I drive all the way to another store I have to pay more. This is why I shop at Lowes more these days.

Go to Home Depot on 50th Street in Edmonton for ALL of your paint requirements or questions. Jessica is very knowledgeable and helpful.
I had to match paint and Jessica showed me how it works and why it matches so closely. I was very worried that it wouldn't match but it was almost perfect!
Whether you are doing interior, exterior, craft chalk paint or paint matching you need to see Jessica. She is great at her job
