★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I've ever used this completely unorganized pharmacy, they lost my prescription then proceeded to say I'm the one who never dropped it off and that I must be mistaken. Are you ******* kidding me!? I'm pretty sure I didn't do a bunch of acid then hallucinate that I went to Costco with some purple elephants to drop off a prescription.
Make sure if you go to this pharmacy you get them to photo copy your prescription and then get them to sign and date it so you have proof you dropped it off. It's sad that we have to do their jobs for them, but it's obvious that's what needs to be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guess who made a mistake again!? So many issues at this location. What happened to the great customer service Costco used to offer? Managers (hi Stephanie) never offer to make right on their ongoing mistakes, just offer excuses. Cashier is too lazy to do their jobs properly and Stephanie refused to even acknowledge or apologize for the issue caused by more than 1 of her staff. Does not appreciate that their customers time is also valuable and telling me to come back is a farce. I am left without my meds too often so it's an issue that can not be ignored any longer. Time to take my business elsewhere.
