★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is fine. It’s a smaller restaurant. If you’re not familiar with McDonald’s then I suggest you check it out as McDonald’s has good fast food at a very reasonable price. This is not the most accessible location, parking can be difficult. I have been coming to McDonalds most of my life and have always enjoyed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Washroom was closed, the employee didnt even bother to explain why! It feels the woman employee wasnt in the mood for some customer service. I know working in Mcdonalds can be tiring but atleast answer a customer who was politely asking.

Hopefully this location closes soon and a better option opens because this place is absolutely useless. Do us all a favour and become an A and W

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to use the washroom at this location, and they wouldn't let me. There is a sign at the door that says. "Washrooms not available to the public" which this shouldn't be the case for Customers. I understand Staff is following orders from head office, but this is unacceptable specially since this is a place where they serve food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this location at all costs, the dining room is closed so it is drive through only, which should be no problem, but no matter what you order they make you park and wait for your food which usually takes 10 plus minutes. Using this location for any food delivery service also takes an eternity, delivery drivers have to wait at the restaurant for the food for way too long. Should be zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a double quarter pounder, they forgot one of the patties. The when we went back through the drive trough to rectify the mistake, they offered to give me the patty to add it myself. Not how I’m used to MacDonald’s handling their mistakes, it definitely wasn’t how the location I worked at as a teen did business. This was just the last straw in a long history of poor service from this location, and even poorer attitudes when dealing with this sub par service. This is definitely the worst location in the city, it’s nothing out of the ordinary to have a 20 minute wait for the “fast” food. Do your self a favour, choose another location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I have ever had was at this McDonald's during the grave yard shift. Forgot 3 items on my order, had to wait in a super long line again to get the corrected food. Waited 20 mins in a long line. Asked for new fries again since I waited 15 mins and know that the fries don't last long. Got told that I wouldn't be able to from a manager. Then told that I would get the cops called on me cause I am Indigenous. Super unprofessional.
