The hygienist at this dental office was very professional and went out of her way to explain to our children the importance of maintaining their cleanliness. Her technique was geared to her patients which was helpful. We will definitely be returning with our family in the next 6 months to see you. I highly recommend this place if they are looking for a hygienist and staff that truly care.

Barely felt the freezing and so happy to report ZERO pain after freezing wore off. I highly recommend this establishment! Thank you so much for helping me and taking the extra time to make sure I felt safe.

I’ve added photos to show the calls and proof of the charges and timing. Check your bills! My family has been patients there for almost 4 years going every 6 months, and since the pandemic started we have noticed a serious decrease in the level of care and service. Went for a cleaning and check up yesterday, didn't receive a check up because I am pregnant and wouldn't get an X-ray. Dentist didn't even enter the room even though I have a broken tooth we were supposed to be monitoring to be sure I can wait until after delivery to extract. As far as the cleaning goes I was charged for a full hour of service (3 units or 45 minutes of scaling and 1unit or 15 minutes of polishing) when I was sitting in the chair for TWENTY FIVE MINUTES!! The hygienist was obviously rushing and was quite aggressive. She didn't even floss in-between all my teeth. They in the past missed a seriously dental issue with my husband which resulted in him having to have a tooth pulled and have brushed me off repeatedly when I tried to talk to them about my overcrowding. They are obviously only interested in padding their bottom line, it's absolutely despicable. If I could give them 0 stars I would, we will never be returning.

Usually I need freezing to get cleaning done but with Kamal I didn't need any freezing as she was so gentle on my teeth. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her if you have sensitive teeth like me.

The dentists all take extra care with the kids and have the patience to help them through a cavity. Vimy is amazing with providing cleaning services and the reception staff is very welcoming! All around a great place to have your teeth taken care of.

I am amazed at the care and professionalism at this office. The ladies at the desk are very kind and upfront about any costs. They will gladly list any fees that are involved and there are no surprise fees after the fact. The providers themselves never try to convince you of the most expensive line of treatment and they are just so nice. I couldn't be happier!
