Great service !
Great prices with oz of flower @ 99.00 everyday
One of the best variety of rolling papers as well.
I have been there over a dozen times spending around 100.00 everytime.
Next time I visit I'm gonna check out a bong!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a great experience at our new Uncle Sam’s in 97 street. Awesome people there. Went to the one in 50th street and I’ll never go back. The lovely girl helped me out and got me exactly what I needed. My bank card declined (had my daughters and didn’t know she didn’t have enough money) and the guy (maybe supervisor?? Reddish hair and beard) made the girl feel so little I felt so bad for her. I was about to go get my bank card in my car but the way he went on to make her feel that it was her fault and kept going on and on saying now he would have to refund it later (like a total inconvenience to him), he was such an a** to her. I’ve been in customer service /sales for over 30!yrs and this is completely unacceptable. With a big company I would think that this would be something trained for supervisors and managers. He didn’t say a word to me but how he treated his coworker was so upsetting. I walked out and told the girl she should not accept this treatment. I then went to Fire & Flower and had an amazing experience. I hope HR contacts me and I hope that girl knows this is wrong!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never ask me if I'm a points member. I'm missing out on so many points to get free stuff I feel like they do it so I spend more money and get no free stuff from my points. Also they never know what I want even when I explained it to the 0% CBD high THC what to they point me to you ask 50%CBD. She didn't even listen to what the customer wanted just tried to make a quick sale I'm very dissatisfied.
