★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall quality of food is poor and outdated. I ordered the cheese perogies for an appetizer and they were hard with very little flavor. The ribs were dry and low quality.. I would say the fries were the only good thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the "Swiss to go" side of the restaurant to order some food to go. We walked in and could see a lady on the phone behind the counter. She did not acknowledge us whatsoever. We waited 5 minutes but nobody came to help us take our order. There were 2 other people chatting in the back as well and when I asked if someone could take our order, they were super annoyed and said I had to wait for the lady to finish on the phone. The same lady who couldn't be bothered to even look at us and convey that she would be a few minutes and would get to us shortly. We left promptly after that. What absolutely terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came eat here, and most of the food was good like the ribs were very good and the mashed potatoes with gravy were good too! The only things that didn't taste good were the wings because there wasn't too much flavour and the water didn't taste the greatest, it tasted more like gross tap water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give it zero stars if I could. We have ordered from here many times...its hit or miss on wait...usually miss ...and the food is barely warm regardless.
On this occasion which will be my LAST the driver could not find the address.. its about as easy as it gets street number /avenue number and about 3 km away. An hour after we place the order we get an email stating the driver couldn't contact us or find our address...I canceled the order and ordered pizza 73...atleast they get here fast and the food is hot.
We probably ordered from here once every couple of months...not any longer just garbage food and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a terrible Swiss Chalet. The food quality is poor and the service what service. They are rude and then you can’t find them when you need them. They had the sign in the front entrance for fish and chips. The waitress said no fish and chips here. Choose something else. Then she’s tearing the sign down swearing and calling us names. I think they are happy when the place is empty. They don’t seem to want customers in the restaurant. Please stay away. The Swiss Chalets in the south and St.Albert are light years ahead of this pitiful place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back Ribs supposed to be fall off the bone. Out of a full rack, 3 were tender enough to fall off. The rest were tough. Flavor was surface only. BBQ sauce was good but the meat was bland. Best part of meal was coleslaw and green beans.
It was doubly embarrassing because I ordered this for a friend who was visiting.
Poor quality, poor execution on Swiss Chalet's part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went for lunch on a Wednesday.
There were quite a few customers enjoying their meal.
The 1/4 chicken dinner was delicious. Home made fries (not frozen), a fresh Italian style roll, and Swiss Chalet dipping sauce., and of course, the rotisserie chicken. Good Canadian food at it’s best! Not too spicy, with lots of flavour. Very satisfying.
And did I mention the friendly service? The owner even came to our table to ensure we were well taken care of. Halibut is also excellent.!
