★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased new tires and had them installed here as well. I made an appointment when I ordered the tires and still had to wait 2 weeks for the install. I get it...it's winter...they're busy! Everything went well, I thought...except for a day later when I went to get into my car and found a flat tire on the front drivers side. They had my car for almost 3 hours...NOT impressed with that at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our tires ordered at the tire counter and booked our install appointment 2 weeks in advance and were told it would take 45min- 1 hr . Came in 10 min early for appointment and they checked system, asked if we were called the day before, we did not receive a phone call and our appointment was showing red. Maybe cancelled, not sure. They took the keys and said ok, well it would take 1.5 hrs as they were really busy. Over 2 hrs later, I had to call and see if it was ready for pickup as I was already 30 min late picking my kids up from sitter. Costco said “we are torquing the tires and will be done in 5 min will give you a call” I never received the phone call, I came up to service desk with a line of 4 in front of me, so waiting again as there is only one person at counter.
Not impressed with this service as my appointment was booked 2 weeks in advance and I believe they cancelled it as they only received the tires that morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered tires from this location and booked my appointment two weeks before .However, 2 days before my appointment they called me they can refund my money because they have not received shipment yet and they also have shipment issue if they have shipment issue why they ordered tires and booked my appointment.The person on phone was so rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Stood in line, was third for 20 minutes. Finally a 2nd cashier comes up, line starts moving. I get to the front and he asks if I have an appointment and I said no, I didn't know I needed one I'm just looking for a quote. Before I could even finish my sentence he said move to the back and we'll help you after the appointments. Maybe say that before I stand there and waste 20 mins or have a sign ? Absolutely brutal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent deals but probably the slowest service I've ever had in my life, they said 1 to 1 1/2 hours to install my tires which took 2 1/2 and then you have to wait in 30 min lines to get the torque checked. Be prepared to waste alot of your time
