★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by the store when my 4 years old son wanted to come and look at some animals. I cannot comment on items soldand veriety as we do not have pets, but during out visit staff was friendly, asked if assistance was needed while we looked at their selection of fish , reptiles, hamsters and guinea pigs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They’re always super awkward here, and childish. You can see them gossiping about customers like they’re in high school. And all my life I’ve been skeptical that they actually test the fish tank water, after multiple disappointing experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parking lot is absolutely terrible because of all the costco customers. However I like coming to this petsmart for my cats wet food because they have the big cans. Other stores I've only been able to find the small ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called on a Tuesday to make an appointment for dog grooming on a Saturday. I had booked online and then called to confirm the date and time since there was no email confirmation and I wanted to ensure there would be no issues. I live 3 hours from the city. Upon arrival the receptionist in the grooming room said they had no record of an appointment for that day, and I had in fact missed my appointment which they mistakenly made for the same day as I had called (on the Tuesday). I was then told they were booked up and would not be able to help. Considering the distance I travelled for the appointment I felt there was no effort to help me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking at buying some fish for my new tank and an employee asked if I needed any help, I told her I was browsing and she said to come find her once I've decided on fish. When I found her and said id like her help with a few fish she asked if I was over 18 then if I had my ID on me, I asked why I would need to provide ID when asking about fish in general and she didn't answer, barely glanced at my ID, then passed me off to a different employee beside her.
In my 9 years of experience I have never been required to provide proof of ID to even get help with a fish. I've bought almost all my supplies and fish at PetSmart and their quality of fish and customer service has been steadily going down over the years and this is simply the last straw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies at the grooming shop are so kind and helpful, my pup always comes out very clean and good looking! Although I'm not sure if there's some sort of policy against them being allowed to provide the dogs water. My pup always comes back super thirsty and drinks 2 bowls of water after his trip to the groomers. Otherwise, this store is great!
