β β β β β Every time we go in the staff and owner are amazing. They remember who we are (even with masks on!) Offer to help with the heavy items out to the vehicle and when we have questions about different foods for our geriatric kitty, they always have suggestions. The bunny spa is amazing as well, gave me the confidence to clip our buns nails!

β β β β β The staff here are friendly & helpful. The prices are very reasonable. You can order online & free delivery, online & pick-up or in person shop. A frequent buyer program is in effect for dog food (we have a dog) not sure about cats. Ask for details.
Great place to go to.

β β β β β I use to go to the Pet Value in Namao... but after coming to this one, I will never go back to that other one. Noah provides the absolute best customer service out of any store I've ever been to! He's so friendly and knows a lot about the products and has helped me multiple times over the phone & in person to get exactly what I need. His friendly, outgoing personality is just so wonderful & his energy is just so contagious and I love coming to this store just to have encounters with him. Thank you Noah!!!

β β β β β Had a few beer and a cop was following me after leaving Original Joes so I parked and went into Pet Valu and waited him out.
The lady at the front was extremly nice and I ended up leaving with dog treats and a bag of cat food.... I dont even have a cat... ...

β β β β β I love this store! Every single staff member we have ever dealt with has been exemplary, always above and beyond! They are all very knowledgeable about the products they sell and if they don't have what we need are always able to offer alternative options.

β β β β β Great experience for my first time here. Noah deserves kudos for his fantastic customer service! I spoke to him on the phone prior to coming in, and while I only found one item for my hamster to purchase this time, his excitement at bringing things in for me will have me coming back to this location to order things. Great selection on their website for me to choose from, and will be back!
