When I first moved to the city it was the only place that sold the cat food for my cats - and it didn't cost me $30 (cough, cough Global Pet Foods south location), and it had a lot of cute things for both cats and dogs. Noooow when I go there, they have phased out the cat food completely. And have next to nothing in regards to cats. It's a shame because I really loved this place but with the influx of dog things I can no longer go there to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The lady at the front desk was so incredibly rude not only to me but my two little ones as well. She definitely needs a job where she’s not around people or dogs because “she’s allergic”. We will definitely be going elsewhere for all of our grooming needs from now on. Don’t act like people are a hassle or they won’t come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Support local! These gals are absolutely amazing! Sam is an incredible groomer, both in talent and patience, her skill with cats is unrivalled! You truly won’t find someone who is as lovingly devoted to her clients as Sam. They also do an incredible job at making me feel welcome any time, and are always willing to lend a helping hand if you need it. They are truly well loved in the community and I hope to see their continued success! These are some incredible women and you won’t go wrong shopping at Tails and Whiskers!

You really need to check out this unique shop, you'll be surprised.

Unfortunately I've left work 3 times now early to go get food, only to get there 20 min before closing and have them locked up and gone. I understand that if not busy would like yo leave early but I've found them super not dependable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi. Today I was at tailz and whiskers to pick up my dog from her groomers appointment. I was very rudely greeted at the door by the store owner demanding I put on a mask. When I calmly explained to her that she could only make her staff where them due to the mandate being lifted she quickly banned myself and my dog from ever returning. I told her to have a nice mamm. But, my god. So rude. Not too sure how this woman stays in business.
