★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse groomer ever. Keeps giving excuses for why she can’t do my poodle. If she got all five of my dogs she would book appointment but because I want only one dog done she has problems with her van Or she is in conference somewhere else. That is poor relations. Don’t bother using her. Be better off finding a caring place. She is just a big excuse.

All three of my family’s dogs, including a geriatric temperamental rescue, see Sasha regularly and they come home looking and feeling great. Sasha handles and cares for them so well. If you’re looking for a groomer that you can trust to care for your animals the way you would, choose Diamond In The Scruff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time coming to Diamond in the Scruff for a full groom of my Mal/Huskyx Nova! Sasha did an amazing job on her especially since she is hesitant and defensive with strangers! We will definitely be bringing her regularly! Thx so much Sasha & staff! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service!!!! The groomer working today was very unprofessional in handling my dog. She did not introduce herself to my dog when I first dropped him off, which gave him anxiety. She placed him in a room with 7 other loose animals which he was uncomfortable with. She handled him roughly which I did not like. When I expressed my concerns, she forwarded the blame onto me saying "all poodle owners are the same" and "we never socialize our dogs". When I demanded my dog back, she was rude to me and my dog was smelling of urine. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour! I will not return to this location and also recommend others to be cautious of how groomers handle your beloved pets.
