I called in today urgently and the lady told me I can't leave the house or come into the clinic (which is fine) but proceeded to book me for a virtual appointment. She said the doctor would call virtually, once speaking to me over the phone... A few hours had passed and it was getting closer to their closing time at 5 PM and she told me the doctor would be in the office until 7 PM finishing patients so not to worry, reassuring me that it was almost my turn and there were only a few patients ahead of me. I go to call them because it's past 7 PM now, only to be directed to their voicemail system twice. They forgot about me, even after I had reached out a second time. I need medical assistance and could have gone elsewhere all day but they took up my whole day and now I have to go another day untreated..
