This is the worst clinic you can find! They just don’t care about you. It’s been more then a year and the doctor refuses to see my kids for a check up. Lately they were both sick and needed medical care but couldn’t book an appointment for them! I can’t find the words to describe my disappointment.

I have severe anxiety, not an addiction to cigarettes. These doctors seem so reluctant to even think about giving you a medication that'd work

Our experience with doctor Anastasia Dobrinski is extremely positive. The doctor is very bright, very quickly gather the necessary information, extremely knowledgeable and act very quickly and professionally when it is needed. Her recommendations and proper diagnostic and referral to specialists helped to normalize the situation for my mom, that had a serious health condition. For me the fact that the doctor is a fast thinker and great decision maker is definitely a positive thing. This is very different like a situation with many other doctors when you need to talk for hours to explain one simple thing. She do not need to talk for one hour to get the problem and see the solution. I very satisfied. I am actually super impressed for my last 10 years in Canada she is the best physician I worked with.

It's very difficult to get a hold of the receptionists. And when you do, they're very unpleasant and unhelpful. Also, even if you just need a simple prescription refill for your regular medication, they ask you to come in to the clinic.. which really doesn't make any sense.

I love my doctor here, but they have not hired a female ultrasound tech for a while now and the broken elevator is not being fixed. Imaging is on the 3rd floor, so do not book here if you can't walk up stairs.

The website and Google business page say they open at 8am. I wanted to take my sick six year old to any clinic that opens the earliest to us, which is how we ended up at this one. Upon arriving at 8:15 a.m., we were asked to wait until the walk-in service at the clinic began st 9a.m. We waited an hour until 9:15 am when I had to ask reception for an estimate on the wait time. They then asked us to wait for a callback for a room to open. I explained that I'm working from home and wouldn't have waited here if I'd been informed that it would take this long (there are many other clinics and our family doctor in the area). We only came here because they falsely advertised their urgent care opening at 8 a.m. They also seem to be annoyed by our presence. I do not reccomend this clinic. We are so uncomfortable and uncared for here. Finally by 9:20, we were called to a room and asked by the nurse if we had an appointment??? I said "no -- your website says your walk-in starts at 8?" She said "oh yeah okay". Then told us to wait for the doctor to come see us in the exam room. At 9:30 the doctor came in the exam room and said "wow you guys were here early! The walk-in doctor isn't here today" I said "I would've left if your receptionist said that" and he said oh we will be quick. He then told me we had to go get another PCR test done even though we boty hust did them 3 days ago and they were negative. And we are both fully vaccinated. I explained we are just trying to see if my son needs antibiotics or an inhaler. He's had congested coughing for a week and based on his medical history, he might need one. The doctor was so arrogant. "I'm not just going to give him antibiotics without checking him." LIKE I HOPE NOT SIR!! who says that?? He finally sends us to pharmacy next door who said it will take about 10 or 15 to fill the prescription. I said we could wait because I didn't want to repay for parking if I had go come back, but I'm really anxious because I have a work meeting at 10am. It's 9:45 and I'm hoping that we will make it in time because we live so close. But this has been a horrible experience. All just to get my son healthy and back in school. I absolutely do not reccomend thus clinic to anyone. Expect the official patients there. They were taking very good care of them. DO NOT WALK-IN

The 5 stars are for the new property manager, Michael. He has been extremely friendly and helpful. My car was stuck in the parking area, and he has tried his best to get me out of there. Thanks a million again, Michael! You are an angel!!

I visited this clinic for walk in clinic as I had fever and cold and a severe headache. As it was walk in I had to wait 2 hours . One of the nurse took me to the room and there I waited another half hour. And when I asked someone where is the doctor they are like they will be with you once they see other patient. Thenafter I left the hospital and no one even cared to ask or bothered about me. I was about to faint any minute. Worst hospital and staff. I will register a complaint against this hospital and staff. I will also recommend never go to this hospital if you are going as walk in.if we are walk in are we not supposed to treat. Worst experience in Canada. Very bad.
